I love Worcester Fitness. They offer a variety of classes and equipment, and keep things in good repair. Their locker rooms have always been clean, but they have been recently updated so now they are beautiful too. Staff greet you by name and are always smiling. Their personal trainers are well educated and kind. I’ve been a member for over ten years and am looking forward to many more!

Great gym! Very clean and not overcrowded. I’ve been to other gyms in Worcester that are too crowded. I actually get a great workout in because I’m never waiting for equipment. Easy in and out because the gym is guaranteed not to be too congested.

One aspect that I hope management would review…They used to have childcare, I wish they would bring that back. The YMCA has a nice program where parents can drop off kids while parents workout. There does seem to be a good amount of kids with their parents. I guarantee the program would be a success. Crossing my fingers for the future.

As a slightly biased employee, Worcester Fitness has been my family and second home for the last 17 years. I am grateful to come to work each day and collaborate with staff and members to continue to offer what makes us so special! Worcester Fitness offers something for all of your fitness needs. Our customer service team is hands down the best in the area. My children have grown up here partaking in the Swim Academy, Flyers Swim Team, and many vacation club programs. Gyms can be scary and overwhelming. Woo Fitness feels more like a place where I belong. It is a great facility, lots of offerings, friendly knowledgeable staff. I love the pool. The women's locker room is wonderful and nicely maintained.
