We love WSPA! My daughter has been taking dance classes here for years. All of the teachers are talented and passionate about dance. The studio atmosphere is warm, friendly, and supportive. Your child will be in good hands at the Winthrop School of Performing Arts!

My 10yo girl has been taking dance lessons at WSPA since she was four years old. She loves to dance, but isn't a competitive soul, so WSPA is the perfect fit for her. They promote skill-building without the high pressure competitive spirit of some other places, and they fully include dancers of all abilities in their shows. It's a family friendly place and my girl is blossoming into a graceful and strong dancer under their care. Through a difficult 2020 she continued to learn jazz, ballet and tap, sometimes online and sometimes in-person with appropriate safety precautions. The team at WSPA did wonders adjusting to the challenging circumstances, and especially adapting the end-of-year recital so we could see our children dance. I firmly believe that the WSPA is a town treasure.
