Well, its been a long three years at this school, and I have just a few more months until I graduate. One things for sure- I know I will miss it a lot. The teachers are just amazing, they help you with all your problems. The many different types of people here allow you to have lots of friends. The education course may be rigorous, but I am happy because I know it will help me in high school. They have so many clubs you can participate in; HOSA (new), MUN (Tampa and NYC), Math League, MAT, so many choices you can pick from... The electives also include Band (I play the flute), Orchestra, AVID, Art.This school is safe, to my knowledge, there are no reported drugs,shooters, etc. accidents in our school. (at least in my 3 years) If I could give you a piece of advice it would be to enjoy your years here, study hard and definitely have fun! But seriously, if you are a 5th grader and are currently living in Tampa, I would definitely recommend this school as one of your first choices. I am enjoying my years here and I know you will too.

This school is fantastic. There's so many different races of people, which allows a wider scope of ideas. It's a very cultural environment, so no race is left out. You can make new friends within a week. The teachers may be a little strict, but they're super nice. P.E. is awesome, and the sports teams rock. Our school participates and dominates in many competitions (not to be offensive to other school). NJHS (National Junior Honors Society), Robotics, WOW (it's a real competition), and Math League are just some of the competitions we participate in. Williams lets young children like us experience the real world ahead of time, and it shows us our strengths and weaknesses. Over all, this is a fantastic school with fantastic people, and a fantastic education. I hope you choose this as your middle school. I also hope you have as much fun as I do here. Have fun!!!

I went to middle school here and now am in a magnet high school taking dual enrollment. If it weren't for the challenge of this school, I wouldn't have pushed myself to be where I am today. I loved the teachers. Especially the retiring orchestra teacher, Mr. Halczyn. All of the staff was so caring about all the issues I had at home.

Williams IB Middle School is a public school with many of the trappings of an expensive private school. The challenging curriculum and the quality of the faculty are commendable. Our son has completed one year at Williams and absolutely loves it there. Since we live approximately 45 minutes away, our family carpools with others to make this inconvenience a minor one. Overall, I believe that these are taxpayer dollars well spent.

So far I love this school I've been on all the tours because I'm a new incoming 6th grader and I don't see anything bad about Williams. I'm really excited about this year, and I know I'm gonna have so much fun!! 😉 <3

WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!

I only went to Williams for my 6th grade year but I can only say so much. I had a sneaking suspicion on one teacher in particular I will not be saying any names but I felt she was grading my P.O.D (which was bellwork) unfairly. And guess what I was correct she was granding it poorly and giving me bad grades on good work I had my mother do my P.O.D one week and the teacher gave me a 1/10 :((( .It started out great I loved it the kids seemed nice enough, but I soon relized that it was a bad school. My grades plummeted and the teachers where hardly there they would only sit at there desk and hand out papers. They would hand out tests on curriculum that was never taught. The teachers did not teach they would sit at there desks or be grading papers.

This is one of the most terrible schools i've ever been too. They give the kids different tests, changed kids grades for no reason, let unknown ppl on campus (back gate is always open), they lie about how they don't allow classroom visits. There's more to it but i'll ppl experience it for them selfs. Just look where its built a horrible area for kids to be in.
