Midway through a road trip from Montana, I was in Maynard visiting family on Friday. 1,000 miles overdue and planning some big highway miles north for the weekend, I needed an oil change real bad. An hour before they closed, Willey’s Auto squeezed me in for an appointment! Not only was Jill at the desk super friendly and refused to let me feel bad about my timing, Bill had the courtesy of an assessment of the essentials and gave me the confidence I was seeking to hit the road. Many thanks Willey’s! 10/10 recommend to a friend and you have my business any time I am in the area!

Every estimate I've ever gotten from them is below the lowest "fair price" estimates on the web, which I only checked to make a point to someone who was in doubt. The job was done below the area "fair price" and was finished the same day I authorized the work. They're exactly what you want when you need a mechanic, fast, fair, competent and friendly, what more could you want?

A few weeks ago I heard a horrible metalic noise in my car and called Willey's Auto to describe the noise and to ask if they had availablity for me to bring my car in. Steve informed me that he was fully booked for a couple of weeks, but said I could stop by that day so he could do a quick check to see what was going on. I brought it in and Steve found a metal plate had come loose (which was his original prediction), and tightened it for me. I went to pay for the service and the lady smiled at me, said there was no charge, and wished me a good day. They have won themselves a new customer through their kindess and generosity.

Willey’s Auto is the only auto repair and service we use. Steve and his amazing crew have kept our vehicles in tiptop condition for over 8 years. Steve’s totally on the level, his rates are fair and we’ve never had to bring a vehicle back for the same job.
