I bought a 2020 Silverado from Wildcat that I found through Autotrader. The vehicle had a minor issue upon test driving, and Wildcat followed through to make sure it was fixed before delivering the vehicle to me. They were very quick to respond to any inquiries and stood behind their promise to make it right. I would definitely do business with them again.

I usually don’t have a bad experience with Wildcat but I did this time. They serviced my truck for an airbag recall and to check on some warning codes that was coming on. They called me the first day and told me they cannot diagnose the issue but they were still searching and would keep me in the loop. I had to call them the next day and find out a status and once again they still didn’t have an answer. That was on Friday morning and didn’t hear back from them until the following Monday morning. I felt like they should have at least called me before the end of the day Friday to me know they are still diagnosing the problem. Instead I went 3 1/2 days without my daily driver and was late to work on Monday because I had no ride. My truck is still not fixed because the problem they said they could fix would cost me more than I can afford. Also, my truck smelled like grease in the inside.

The service person walked right by me to place my ticket and keys to the cashier. It would have been nice if he just said “ we have your vehicle ready and she will take care of you”. As soon as I got into my vehicle it smelled of exhaust and cigarette smoke. That’s why three stars - customer service, respect and consideration for a customers vehicle.

10/10... would recommend to anyone!! Walked in on a late Saturday afternoon just "to look". The salesman, Shon (aka Chunk), was super friendly and helpful!! He listened to what we wanted and understood when we told him what we liked or didn't like. He wasn't pushy or the typical arrogant car salesman, and never tried to sell us something we didn't want. Debra in the Finance Dept was super sweet and worked to get us the best deal possible! Overall, probably the best experience at a car dealership I've ever had!!

Bought this Saturday. On the way home every bump in the road made the front end sound as if it was going to fall out. The the check engine light came on. In all a very bad buy !!!
