Just had my first experience using them and man what a crew they have. From the service writer going above and beyond to ensure the parts was located for my repair, to the mechanic making special trip out to my location to ensure my truck was fixed as fast as possible. I deliver just in time type freight and break downs can be quite costly. The guys at wiers are top notch guys and I highly recommend them, mechanic James was nothing short of a super hero tonight saving my caboose tonight. I was looking at a huge setback and he saved the day with a quick repair that didn’t break the bank. I can’t say thank you enough to them for getting me back going.

We had a Freightliner FLD 2001 with a Detroit Series 60 12.7 engine with a fuel leak on one of the fuel lines. We called them, sent over 2 technicians for Road Service. They replaced a fuel line that was leaking and then couldn't get it to start. After multiple attempts they told us that we needed to use a wrecker to pull my truck and trailer to their shop because they couldn't figure out what to do to get it started. Fuel kept on emptying out after cranking it on and it would shut down immediately. So they left and gave me a bill of over a grand. This was a Saturday. On Monday we decided to pump air on the fuel tanks and immediately saw that they replaced the wrong fuel line. So we got it replace and cranked it up in less then an hour. These people charge by the hour so they even took out the fuel pump to check the gears and that also cost me money as they charge per hour. They clearly lack experience. It was 2 technicians. I was honestly shocked that they could 'n get it to start if all they did was replace a fuel line that was leaking Diesel. And they wanted to use a wrecker. Jesus Christ.

We were on a cross country trip in our Class A coach, and had a slide-motor fail, along with 1 of the 2 AC units. Bret and his team were able to get us into the shop within days, and dealt with our extended warranty folks to get the issues fixed. They were Customer Service ++++, very knowledgeable, super helpful and kept us in the loop on status and timing as parts needed to be shipped. Their repairs were quality, and we are now back on the road! Highly recommended service center.

They solved the issue with our RV. We were under the gun and they responded quickly, so they came to our house and diagnosed the problem within two days. A little pricey, but there's no one to work on it near us and we were stuck. Very nice people though.

I have nothing but good things to say about Wiers! Our business was referred to Wiers by a colleague. Upon arrival, I was introduced to David who handled all of my needs. David impressed me with his professionalism and trucking acumen. I was certain my needs were being handled by someone who knew what they were talking about! The service was fast, friendly, and fair-priced. After dealing with some bad establishments in the past, it was refreshing to be treated with such excellent service. Cheers to Dave!

We began using the service department at Wiers in Plymouth a couple years ago after a very poor experience with another International dealer that is much closer to us. Out of the gate I was very impressed with the level of service and communication I received from George, Brady, and Chelsea. They have gone above and beyond on every interaction Ive had with them.

Everyone at this outstanding facility is professional and courteous. The service provided when my truck derated was excellent. The shop saved me a lot of money by repairing the problem on the same day. This is the place to go for the best service and people.
