I went and got my tire fixed.and This is where I’m gonna go for now on to get my tire and motorcycle fixed. They did a good amazing job ride smooth great customer service nice employees thank you guys.

Called them to schedule a tuneup for my bike they said to give them a week to have a lift available so I waited brought the bike the following week and still a week later and supposedly two bikes ahead of mines for 3 days still have not touched my bike. I went in to find out what was going on if they had an eta and they had no clue, I wanted my bike fixed not stored and they got offended and asked me to to take my bike. So I did I could do the work needed just didn’t want to. So they probably lost $1000 worth of work and and referrals. Not using them or recommending them. I met the owner when I dropped the bike he was a great guy to talk to hopefully he can improve his employees customer service.

Called ahead to schedule brakes for my bike. I was told to bring it in at the end of the week because there was limited space for the bikes in queue. So I brought it in and asked for a rough idea of what I can expect for turnaround. I was told it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days depending upon shipping for parts. Okay no problem. Then I followed up about a week later and the lies started. I was told as soon as the lift is freed up mine will be next. Should be soon. I then followed up again and no progress. After 2 1/2 weeks I stopped by to see what was going on. The guy up front told me my bike was essentially done and they were waiting for the roads to dry to test ride. A lie. I followed up again the next day by phone and was told they just needed to test ride it. When I said that’s what you said yesterday and the roads are dry I got no coherent answer because of course he was lying! It wasn’t until the middle of the following week (3 1/2 weeks later) that they said it would be ready. They never called me. I had to call. I will never do business here again and I will never give a referral which is important for these shops. I do business with people with integrity and honesty which are traits that Wicked Cycles have neither. Here’s a tip, don’t lie, do what you say and communicate with your customers.
