Driver has done nothing but cause issues. 3 years forced to use them- not a single returned email or phone call. my sons been bullied on the bus, late to school from the bus being late; and this years issue- a bus hit a car so now they refuse to let my son be picked up at his bus stop. we now have to walk around the block and freeze or get rained on! instead of dealing with the inexperienced bus driver committing hit and runs on camera. driver still is driving special ed bus with 25 kids. so safe huh? petition to get fall river schools
to use a different company !

Bus driver of bus 844 should not be driving your children or anyone on his bus. Driver tailgates, drives over speed limits and goes thru red lights. Should be Fired.

Me and my sister were on the bus going to our stop mind you its like 30 minuets away and there was a problom from the exaust so we were all soffucating abd the kids with asma had there throats closing. During all of this the boss of the people who were driving the bus was saying of you used your phone to contact your parants you would be written up I am planing on taking legal action

my daughter takes this bus everyday to and from school & yesterday the bus had an exhaust leak and literally wouldn’t let her off the bus & had the nerve to send my kid home with a write up today for using her phone during the incident to call my father , i’ll be damned if they think my kid is in ANY trouble for calling someone when she could barely breathe smh

They left my son's tablet on the bus today . Its brand new . Oh God I hope they don't confiscate it . After all these bad reviews I'm kinda nervous. 😬

Never had a problem with this bus company until this year it's been a nightmare so far. Bus has been unreliable at times and bus monitor Lisa has a terrible personality she has nothing but complaints about my son whom has been praised by the previous buses that he was the first and last drop off and was always great on the bus.At this point I really feel that it's personal she doesn't even say hi or bye to our son and something has to be done This bus company really needs to get better kid friendlier drivers and monitors for the sake and safety of all of the kids.

A bus never showed up to pick up my niece yesterday..my sister who doesn’t have an account had called you guys and left her number, she called three times and left a voicemail. I don’t know why nobody answers the phone in this office or gets back to the parents, or what is going on but this is highly unacceptable. My niece has autism and you people have no regards for anyone else clearly. Very unprofessional and will be helping my sister with rides for my niece next year.
