If I could give a lower score I would. Would never recommend them. Not trustworthy and when something happens to your camper and they know it happened while on their property that expense will come out of your pocket because they accept no responsibility for damages they created.

Wetnight RV is not an honest place to do business with in my experience . I called them about a mobile repair to have my a/c blower motor changed out. I was told it would be cheaper to bring it in and just change out the entire unit. They then quoted me $1200 to bring it in and have it replaced.

Made some phone calls and found a mobile RV repairman in Effingham, IL. After explaining to him what the problem was, he offered to sell me a used blower motor and gave me a quick tutorial on how to install it.

With only a novice skill level, it took me 30min to replace the old blower motor and only cost me $30.

One star is too high! I wouldn't suggeat Wetnight to my worst enemy! Took my RV into Wetnight because it had a service engine light come on. Since it was going to be there I asked if they could do a full check of the RV as we were heading out West in 6 months and I wanted to make sure it was completely road ready. They agreed they would do an inspection, which they had also done prior to a previous trip.

After having our RV for 5 months, and being told numerous times it would be ready in a week or so. Continuously put off. I had to start calling weekly to get any movement on fixing my RV. When I asked if my service expectations were wrong, thinking 5 months was ample time to fix the issues and inspect the vehicle, I was told it should have only taken a few weeks and to "never tell a mechanic you aren't leaving for 6 months because they will keep putting you off". How is that an appropriate response FROM THE OWNER?!?!?

To make matters worse, when I finally was told it was ready, I arrived to a check engine light AND a transmission light! It had more service lights than when I took it in. I would say this is enough to warrent a pretty terrible review.... but it gets worse.

While in the Rocky Mountains, we had a valve stem break. We called an emergency roadside tech to come help change the tire. Should have been an easy fix because we had a spare, right? WRONG! Turns out our break pads were gone on all rear wheels and the steel ate our roaters. Requiring all to be replaced roadside, on a Sunday. Our RV weighs 40,000 pounds and we had NO breaks while traveling through the mountains. The emergency roadside tech audibly laughed when we said it had been inspected prior to this trip. He said there was no way anyone looked at the breaks and this was not something that recently happened.

Wetnight is LUCKY our valve stem went out and we had to have a real professiinl look at it. They are LUCKY we didn't go careening off a mountain with 10 people on board. They are LUCKY we were able to stop when cars dipped in front of us on the interstate. They are LUCKY 40,000 pounds of RV didn't run into anyone else on the road.

I stored my travel trailer during a break in assignments. They have a large lot, which was easy to get into and park the trailer. Storage rates were very reasonable. While there, I had the service department fix an issue created by the faulty work of another dealer. The service dept repaired the issue while in storage. The service dept even fixed a slide adjustment problem another repair service claimed to have addressed. The service dept impressed me with their workmanship and going the extra step in making sure ALL my issues from past shops were addressed properly. Thank you again for going the extra mile in the care of my travel trailer.

Out-of-towner pulled in on Memorial weekend with a blown tire on travel trailer. Fortunately Wetnight RV was open and got me going in less than a 1/2 hr. Great friendly service on top. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Wetnight.

Friendly family owned business with many of the small fuses, hoses, plugs, and parts needed for RVs. Even better, the staff know what they're talking about.
