Drove from CT to the West Springfield location. Eric was able to get my truck in at 8:00 am. I had the truck bed coating sprayed.
Went to a great Breakfast place around the corner, Memo’s Restaurant.

Had a spray in bedliner put in to my white 2025 Ram 1500 6.4 in bed and it came out amazing! Thank you guys so much!

Also had heated seats installed that came out great as well too!

Eric and Mary were so nice and so easy to work with. Eric’s explanation of the different bedliner products, their pros and cons, pricing and all of that were so helpful without even a hint of a pressured sales pitch or anything like that. I had my new truck bed sprayed, did an undercoating, and then Mary walked me through the different options of tonneau covers. It was pretty awesome that she was able to tell me real life experience since she’d installed and lived with a bunch of different covers on her trucks. I ended up getting a RealTruck Truxedo Sentry and I’m psyched on it.

All in all I’m super happy about my experience with these folks and with my truck! They’re some of the kindest, most informed and professional folks I’ve dealt with and I highly recommend them!

While I'm sure these guys do a great job with bedliners and other exterior truck coatings, I have never before been so disappointed in a professional's services.

I dropped my car off in early May for what I expected to be a straightforward headliner replacement, along with re-upholstery of the door fabric in my car. When it came time to pick up the finished product, I had come to realize my car was nearly ruined. The car was returned to me with several un-secured (and broken) trim panels, door handles that weren't even screwed in, and the brand new fabric already peeling. I was assured these were oversights (with a very rude & condescending attitude, implying & blaming the car was 'old and brittle') and left my car for 3 more weeks while they were supposedly fixing the shopping list of issues. (over 25 items were either broken, missing, or not fastened, including several side curtain airbags).

The results were nearly the same the second time I picked up my car. The missing sunroof trim was crappily placed where it belonged, but broken and not fastened. Upon opening the sunroof, both trim pieces came falling down. The rear door interior panels were still falling off the car. (note: I own 3 of the same car, and have removed these panels tens of times without breaking them. Each time, I've re-fit them just as tightly as they were removed. Spending 5 minutes on YouTube rather than with a pry bar would've yielded better results on a paying customer's car). Fabric (which they installed in its entirety) was still peeling. (Blamed the car for the poor results of their low quality adhesive). The front door panels were no longer clipped in place, rather this shop put screws straight through the front of the panel (where they didn't belong) in an attempt to salvage their shoddy work.

I've since had to spend hundreds of dollars buying replacement panels & trim pieces, countless hours properly re-gluing fabric they installed (which stuck perfectly for me the first time, and has remained stuck. 3M Super 90 spray adhesive worked marvelously). I'm still searching for tough-to-find parts to repair my sunroof actuator. Nearly everything on the interior, besides the sagging fabric, was in perfect and functional condition. Sadly after paying to have my car 'repaired', my car left with many more problems than I had dropped it off with.

All in all, even if their services were being provided completely free of charge, I wouldn't trust these clowns with my car for a second, even for the simplest services. Please spare yourself the energy & stress and find a more reputable shop for any interior work you need done on your car.

Reached out to multiple upfitters in the northeast and everyone turned it down. Got a hold of Western Mass and they were very open to helping us with our situation and had a very quick turnaround and the price was extremely reasonable. Mary and Eric were great to work with and extremely helpful in this process and I cannot recommend them enough.
