I’ve been here a few times since moving to town, they were recommended by my father and I’ve always had a great experience. They’re very fair, reliable and prompt with their service. My brakes went when I was getting off a highway the week before I was scheduled for inspection. I had my car towed by West Street Service Station through AAA. They came to pick it up very quickly. As I have always used West Street Service Station for years, so I had them to it tow to their station. Although it was a very busy time for them, they got to my car and fixed it quickly. The folks there have always been very good to me when I have dropped by with small issues, but I was so pleasantly surprised when they not only fixed my brake line and didn’t charge an outrageous sum for the part or labor, but also gave me a complimentary motor vehicle inspection, which saved me $35! I trust the mechanics at West Street Service Center to do good work. I won’t go anywhere else to have my precious car worked on. They, from front desk, to mechanics, to tow drivers, are the BEST!

This was my first time visiting West street auto. Customer service was elite. Very prompt in calling back with answers and honest about the issue. My problem was resolved for much less than I anticipated. I would certainly recommend anyone to West street auto and I will personally continue to use them in the future.

Have had work done before and they always take 3 days longer than needed. They do not care that you need a car for life.
This last time they replaced my battery even though it was necessary and got charged for that and still had to figure out the issue. Very unhappy. Also no calls to me- had to chase them.
