I've been here for about two years now, and its been fun! Though Mr. Bartel was my teacher this year, its been a fun place to make new friends, even if some are not true to their word. I'd love to keep coming, though friends here aren't allowed to lean on each other because of a ' body space policy '. I personally find it kinda stupid, but that's just me.

At twenty-four years old I've had much time to contemplate the horrors I lived through at WCI and can positively say those years were absolutely, life scarring, terrible and a big reason was the teachers. They were unsympathetic, degrading, coldblooded, and very focused on making things easier for themselves to the point where they quite literally forced me against my will to take drugs so I wouldn't be such a distraction (which might be illegal). The fun part, other than the fact that many of the people who hurt me still work there, I discovered complaints for years on less than stellar behavior of teachers. A decade later I've decided to finally give myself the closure I deserve and call you out for the hell I lived through. Please realize you are teaching children, they aren't always brilliant and you are certainly suppose to have the mental patience and compassion to help the youth grow rather than stomp them down like weeds.
I sincerely hope you change for the better
And to young ones in my place, find a good book, do what you love and have patience because they can't push you down forever.

I am currently a 10th grader at Las Lomas and I went to WCI for three years. All the comments below are so negative but it’s because they don’t understand that the reason they are strict is for our safety. Ofcourse WCI had the bartel problem and other assault issues but over all, what school doesn’t? Barrel didn’t even hurt anyone at the school or touch them. wci also gives the perfect amount of homework, much less than other places and if the 12 year old kids are going to make a big deal out of it, it’s on them. i love the teachers, some of them are harsh but over all they try their bests to help us. i 100% recommend sending your kid here for middle school because it’s one of the best experiences possible.

Idk..people are SOOO annoying literally, and racist, even Las Lomas, but teachers and staff are nice. The only thing is that every time you tell on some one, the blame you for everything, and there's so much drama on WCI..

WCI is the school ever ! Everybody is so rich and the teachers are very loose. They all have a lot of $$$$$. THe school is great for rich people! (LIKE ME) xD. EVEN THE JANITOR DRIVES A BMW

The principal is racist and the office lady she called me

This is my first year here and I love It! All my teacher's last names start with the letter D. It's so weird!
