Went to get oil change this morning, was told I needed an appointment, so he made me 5pm appointment. Dropped car off ,gal was confused as to who I was ,I tried telling her only to be ignored, she asked for my keys went and pulled my car in and left me standing there. I went to grab a few things in grocery, heard them call for a complete different name about 15 min later over intercom so walked back to check on my car to only be ignored again. So I went back to grab my items again to hear them call for someone to auto again less than a few minutes after I walked away , so I returned again about 5:20 now I asked gentleman at auto counter about my car for him to say they been trying to call me. No they did not. They had no 8dea who I was. He sent me out to give my info to the gal for her to be rude and say she wanted to reschedule my appointment. The mechanic working on someone's truck was throwing things and cursing , so I am very glad he did not touch my car. I was trying to get my oil changed and battery changed on my day off and it was such a waste of time going here to be treated so rudely only because these people did not want to be working ? very disappointed and was definitely frustrating

I had car troubles on a long roadtrip yesterday and stopped in here without much time before they closed. The entire team was helpful while I was in a pinch. John looked at everything from battery to alternator, checking every fuse, doing a once over and ultimately thinking outside the box solution to get me home. I couldn’t be more impressed and owe them much more than a good review. Highly recommend.

Shout out to the TLE team at Martinsville Walmart!! Every time I go, my oil changes are quick and easy (as a consumer). The auto technicians are extremely hard working, professional, and friendly! They go above & beyond, and for that, I am grateful and a loyal customer!

Lazy ass people work here. They wouldn't change my oil because of a noise in the front but the last time they changed it, it had the same exact noise. Trash service

My husband was trying to buy a tire because we had a flat on the highway, & our spare was also flat. He went inside & looked at the tires they had. He found a tire the size we needed for $51.00. He then approached an employee to buy the tire & have it put on the rim. This employee told him they didn't have the size he needed & the price was $57.00, even though my husband had already checked the size before he spoke to the employee. He even said that he found one on the shelf that was the right size but the employee wouldnt even look at it! This employee obviously didn't want to sell us a tire & was rude as well! This is why I only go to Walmart when I have no other choice! Every time, I either have a nasty employee to deal with, or they have to call someone to help them who cant stop chit-chatting with their co-worker to help the cashier!

I've been 1 quart short the last 2 oil changes. I shop for produce mostly, but that hasn't been fruitful lately so looking elsewhere. Clothing is thin material, pills quickly, fades looking old after just a few washes. Lucky to find cotton or cotton blend. Will shrink! It's much wiser to go elsewhere and spend a little more for something that will last longer and look nicer longer. There is only a few items that keeps me coming here. Sorry Walmart but please consider doing better in the clothing and fresh produce department.

Wonderful service. Quick oil change great waiting area. Klaus took great care of us and he was super patient with me. I was stuck ok a phone call and he patiently waited on me. Highly recommended!
