I had a good experience getting my brakes done here. They were upfront about the costs and didn’t hide any fees. Service was quick and I was only without my truck about day (open to almost closing time). I was communicated with throughout the process which is important to me. I would definitely go back for other work needed.

新品的 碟盤跟煞車片，維修技術部 不錯，但不是最好.左前輪有點緊，雖然 我知道可以磨合解決！你們的技師，暴力磨合有一點點可怕！

你們附近某一個維修廠，常常把A問題，修復到B問題。造成我們選擇，新的維修廠都會比較小心！
還有，老闆要有笑容，才會帶來更多的客源！

Great customer service as always. One of the cleanest shops I've been to with my car. They got my car in right away to check it out. They're financing program is also a big bonus, 90 days same as cash, with no credit check! who could pass that up! I will definitely recommend any of my friends and family that needs to get their car worked on to you guys. Thank you for the great service.

Took 2 other vehicles here when purchasing, they inspected and told me nothing was wrong or needed to be fixed, they could’ve easily charged me but they were HONEST and didn’t lie. So it was an easy decision when my sons Jeep had issues. At first John said it was going to be about $3500 to fix what was wrong, another place also confirmed. John worked miracles, he called other states to find the parts we needed, he only had the Jeep for about a week, that’s how long it took to get the hard to find parts during Covid. Best news ever was when he told my son it was only $1100 to fix, parts, labor and all… I CANNOT thank this company enough. I will never go anywhere else, they’ve always been so honest and good to us. Thank you John and staff.

This place is amazing . I recently moved up to Southgate and so happy to find this place .. I took my wife's car in a few weeks ago and now my Jeep to get some work done on it . John is great at explaining the situation and gives a very fair price . I couldn't be more satisfied

I dropped my car off for an oil change and a tune up at opening and was told that it would be $280 for my Chevy Equinox, I was first in line and that someone would reach out to me. I didn’t hear back until 5 hours later about my car and the mechanic told me the oil change and tune up wouldn’t fix the problem with my car and refused to provide the service I requested for the oil change and tune up, the staff was rude and provided terrible customer service, telling me to have my original mechanic fix the issue since I didn’t want to pay $540 for the repairs he found. I still had to pay $85 for an inspection when I knew what my problem was, I needed an oil change. I took my car to Firestone up the road, they serviced my car and no issues were found, I got my oil change and tune up and the engine light was gone. I will not be back to this rude place ever again. None of the issues he found were necessary and he was upset that I was not interested in the other services he was suggesting I have done. If I wanted an inspection, I would have taken my car to Autozone and gotten it for free, which I did also, the reason he provided my car’s check engine light was on, was not found. He tried to overcharge me and I was not having it.

I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:

1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.
2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.
3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.

It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.

Oddly enough, Walker's states "fair prices" on their receipts. You can judge for yourself. I'm not sure if they took advantage of my sister because she's a woman or not, but $858 for a hub bearing and brake job isn't exactly what I'd call fair.
