I wanted a new 2023 Volkswagen Jetta, but they didn’t have any for sale in Sioux Falls. I went to Volkswagen of Sioux City, and they had exactly what I was looking for.

Brandy is the best car salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and was great with answering my questions and being available for phone calls/text messages. Matt in the Finance Department is also a great person.

Even though I live an hour away, I would happily go down to Sioux City Volkswagen to buy another vehicle. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new Volkswagen and wants a great customer experience.

And I love my new car! I’m happy they had exactly what I wanted.

Bought a 2013 Silverado. Piston rings are worn causing spark plug fouling and misfires. Quart of oil being burnt “every 1000” or so miles. There warranty does not cover anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND (been having problems right after I bought it)

We took our 2012 Passat in for repairs in early June. It is now almost August and the car still remains unrepaired. Said part was coming from Mexico, then Germany, then Denmark Still waiting. Daughter lost a job opportunity, is having to rent a car, is having to pay for extra parking, etc. Called original VW where car was purchased, same story. At the whim of overseas parts developers. BEWARE!!!!!!! Before you buy a VW, understand that repairs can take months and top $$$$$$$$$. Stay away from Volkswagen.

PS - Found a fix online myself and sent to the mechanics - not willing to even try it, when could be an hour of work and almost no cost to repair.

I like this dealership. My salesperson, Brandy, was helpful, and easy to deal with. Good personality without being pushy. I didn't feel the typical feeling of being 'prey' when you walked into a dealership. She was helpful, responded to my questions promptly. The overall process was fairly straightforward and easy since most options are pretty well straightforward for the Atlas Cross Sport. Since it was a new '24 at the start of the model year, it took a little effort on the dealerships' part to get my car in. But, I felt comfortable that Brandy and the rest of the team were working hard to secure my new car and I soon had it. Extremely satisfied.

The dealership was very helpful, respectful, and kind all around. Once we found a car that I liked, they worked very quickly to get me into it and on the road with a minimum of time spent for paperwork. Everything was explained clearly and I was never made to feel pressured or uncomfortable. Brandy was extremely accommodating and great to work with!
