I highly recommend Virgin Automotive! After receiving 2 estimates for a recent needed car repair that varied greatly as to what the problem was I went to Chris. He was able to determine the actual problems and showed me first hand what needed to be repaired. He gave me an estimate and did the repairs in a timely manner with no surprises in the end when it came time to pay the bill. I found Chris honest and personable and will definitely be bringing my car back to him for future repairs.

When you’re on vacation and your check engine light comes on…how bad? How much? Can I get home safely? Can I trust them? Are they going to over charge me? I cannot say enough how much I would recommend Virgin Automotive Inc.!! Chris was an absolute life saver! He answered the phone right away, he told me to come in anytime! I pulled up and he helped me instantly. He had a huge smile on his and asked about my vacation and how I was enjoying my time down here! He went above and beyond his job! Wow!! Incredible service by the owner Chris. We were here on vacation and the night before we had to drive 8 hrs back to PA our “check engine” light came on. I called 7 places and no one could see us until I called Chris at Virgin. He told me that there was a worldwide microsoft outage so he could only give me so much info on what was wrong with the car but that if I brought it in right away he would take a look. 15min later he was helping me. Gave me his guidance and we were able to drive home. Thank you so much, Chris! Incredible customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I can't say enough about Chris at Virgin Automotive. I needed a car checked out before buying it. 100 % Recommend. I was on vacation when I realized I needed my brakes fixed the day before I was planning on leaving. I got new brakes all around in addition to tires and alignment. When Chris showed me how bad my front tires were I was shocked. Chris went above and beyond to get my car fixed in time for me to leave. Thank you for all your help and keeping me safe!
