Very thorough and friendly. They also accommodated the change in my schedule which impacted their service to other customers. To them I express my sincerest apology for not telling them beforehand that my schedule had changed and that I could not leave my car and that will not happen again. I also thank them for being honest with me about how my not "leaving my car" negatively impacted their service to their other customers. I asdumed that my staying there would be okay - that they would still consider me "having left my car" because I had brought things to keep me busy for the day. I value their service and going forward will make them aware when i must wait and when I can leave my car and will advise beforehand when I cannot. ......

I had a great first experience with Veryl's. Have known of it's existence for decades but never used their services. Purchased four new tires at Rucki's and they referred me for a wheel alignment. Other than a bit of a wait for the appointment, I have nothing but glowing reviews! Arrived at 7:50 am for an 8 am appt. Sharp at 8 they took my car in and sharp at 8:45, the car rolled out. I paid, and I was out the door. Alignment is great! Big difference. It should be noted they have a superb waiting area complete with reclining chairs you would have in your home! The personnel were very professional, polite, and kind. I highly recommend the locale. They say presentation is reflective of the services and it is very true at Veryl's. It is not your average garage. I will now be using their services for our older van, including inspection, oil changes, and general repairs.

I can't recommend Veryl's Automotive Services enough! When I got my car towed there, even the tow driver mentioned that Veryl's was the only place he'd never heard a single complaint about, which says a lot. Justin was incredibly honest and took the time to work with me on finding the best options for my car within my budget. He made sure I was comfortable with every step, explaining everything clearly and always calling to confirm if any adjustments were needed. Justin was so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. In the end, my car feels like new again! So grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring auto service.
