They don’t need new customers in this location. Rude and unprofessional manager. After being asked to wait for car inspection, 30 minutes later the guy show up and asked if I’ve done inspection at this location before I said this car just bought it, he told me go do it somewhere else I’m doing inspection for my client only and I don’t need new clients. Don’t go or do business with someone rude and unprofessional like this one at this location.
Don’t trust what he said in response to my post, he is a liar he’s said “We don’t need new clients”, “go to where you used to do inspection before”.
Stay away from this place and go somewhere else where the company values the clients.

Star doesn't belongs to them, but no choice❗ If you're looking for car inspection service, go elsewhere🚷 The owners here don't value your business and provide service begrudgingly❌ They have no understanding of what it means to respect their customers💰. After a long, frustrating wait, they might finally ask why you're there or what’s wrong with your car🙄 To make matters worse, the person rudely handling you could very well be the owner! The place is filled with staff who are unfit for their jobs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Don't make the same mistake I did; you'll regret it.

Awful company and management. The owner is a rude and cold person who does not offer a greeting of any kind. Just "what do you need?" "give the money first". My car required the license plate protector to be removed before inspection. He told me to leave instead of spending an extra moment to take it off. He said "I'm tired of waiting", took my car and pulled it out.

Terrible person and terrible service. Do yourselves a favor and DONOT support this place.

I wish I read reviews before I let them fix my car.
The owner is a slick guy explaining how he only uses new OEM parts meanwhile he gets Used parts for my brakes. I wouldn't even notice until two months later after NTB mechanic warned me that I need to replace worn-out {not pads or rotors) brake mechanism which was supposed to be BRAND NEW!
SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND STAY AWAY!!
