Eddie & his mechanics are terrific; they do a great job fixing your car. Eddie the owner explains everything that needs to be done & wont pressure you into doing it. Took my car in for some minor repairs & work was done quickly. Labor cost isnt cheap but its slightly under the going hourly rate. You can trust work will be done well & no surprise or hidden costs. He is good humored & happy to work with you. He genuinely wants to do job to your satisfaction. Also, long story short...Eddie recently did me a kindness he was under no obligation to do. He was very helpful after they had closed for the day & he was willing to return to his shop to remove a heavy part of subframe that had been put back inside passenger cabin by mistake. (Not USA's mistake; someone else told them I wanted to keep the part after it was replaced.) Check them out..you wont be sorry!

I had a wonderful experience here. We were going have a long journey, before leaving we found the vehicle ‘ brake pump got some problems. It is during Labor Day, no shop open, only Joe take the phone call and help us found a tow truck driver,But since one of our friend help us to make the phone call, my husband and I misunderstanding the address, the vehicle was towed to the wrong place. Joe wait us four hours until off hour. When we realize the problem we had to wait the second day, he help us contact the tow truck again. He is very nice and patient and know what we need. He help us check all the systems and figure out the problem and what kind of parts need.During Labor Day there is no parts available, he knows how we are hurry to go, he drove to Boston to get the parts instead of waiting five days deliver.Finally we only need 2 hours to get the fixed car. So, He really save our time and save our money too. I strong recommend this shop. Many thanks Joe!
