We had a wonderful experience. We were passing through town from Montana and ended up having an engine light come on. We called up the next morning explained the situation and they were able to get us in right away. Husband said the staff was friendly and wonderful. Thanks Urb's Garage for giving us peace of mind for the rest of our trip.

Absolutely fantastic service!! They were able to get our car in quickly and diagnose what was causing the issues. They not only explained what work needed to be done but why. They didn't try to add on extra services or repairs. They also identified other repairs that were needed and explained the order of importance that they needed to be repaired. Labor and parts were not overpriced and we will definitely be bringing our cars back for maintenance and repairs.

If you can't read all of story then long story short, Urbs committed insurance fraud with my car warranty and when confronted told me they could do nothing about it to help me. Got Internal water pump fixed in April at Urbs garage in Erlanger. Started noticing a coolant leak around November 10th so I took it in to Superior imports in Burlington and they said that it was leaking due to a bad water pump and quoted me about $900 to fix it. Realizing it was covered under warranty at Urbs, I drove right across the parking lot to their Burlington garage and asked them if they could fix it given that their warranty for water pumps is 3 years or 36,000 miles and it had barely been over 6 months. They told me that they never replaced a water pump and that there was nothing they could do. I checked the claims report with my car warranty and saw that they had filed claims for over $6000 worth of issues with my car back in April but only one had gotten approved, the internal water pump. When I confronted them about this they backtracked and told me that they had fixed the auxiliary water pump actually, not the internal water pump. This was funny to me for two reasons; one, the insurance company gave them money for an internal water pump(internal is much more expensive than auxiliary), and two, my warranty only covers the internal water pump. So Urbs pocketed the extra money the warranty company sent them for an internal water pump and used it to fix the auxiliary water pump with the warranty money that doesn't even cover that part of the car. In summary, horrible garage that I will never give my business to again. They filed enough false claims to be worth more than my car, got a bunch of money for the part that was broken, used very little of it to replace a different part, pocketed the substantial left over money, told me there was nothing they could do to put the situation right, and then turned around and quoted me $1700 for an internal water pump replacement. If you remember from the beginning of my review, $1700 is just under double the $900 that Superior imports had already quoted me right next door for doing the same exact job ?

Urbs garage went above and beyond for me today. Helped me get my diesel pickup running strong and well again. There mechanics definitely took there time on solving the problem correctly and I thank them for that all in all 5 out of 5 for Urbs. If you own a diesel and are looking for a strong mechanic Urbs is the place to go. Great office atmosphere and staff that's willing and wanting to help. They were able to finally figure out my coolant problem when other shops couldn't figure it out. Yes it took many other things to happen first but they are proficient at what they do. I am thoroughly happy with the mechanical help that Urbs Garage has given me and my truck.

I just had my first experience here at Urb's getting an oil change this past Wednesday morning. As a first time customer, the first thing that struck me was how chaotic the parking lot looked upon arrival. The parking lot desperately needs better signage and marking, especially for customer parking areas. I drove around confused for a while because I was not sure where customers were supposed to park.

The best parts of this experience were the price of the oil change service and overall friendliness of the staff.

Regarding the oil change service itself, better documentation and standardization of procedure is needed. I received no type of documentation nor discussion regarding an overall safety inspection that was supposedly done. When I specifically asked about how the brakes looked, the office staff had to go ask the technician, who said they were at 4mm all around. This same technician neglected to check and reset the air pressure in my tires, which were all slightly low. He also didn't remember if he had topped up my washer fluid, which he had not until I asked him to. In light of this, I'm not sure I can really trust the assessment of my brakes either.

All of these little misses and lack of standardization of procedure and documentation do not instill confidence in a first time customer.
