I purchased a new 2021 Ural Gear-Up from Ural of New England (AlphaCars) in January 2022. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and expertise that Ural NE provided. Darrell was my sales specialist. I had two visits to the dealership and two long phone conversations with Darrell before I purchased my Ural. We discussed different configurations of the Ural Gear Up and the mechanical operation of the bike. We also talked about servicing the machine, and how to actually ride a sidecar outfit. After the sale, John in the Ural NE parts department ordered windshields and accessories for my Gear Up. When I picked up the Ural Gear Up and rode it home, Dmitry (owner) came out to chat and make sure that everything was just right with the delivery. A Ural is a specialty item, and it is important to have a relationship with the experts at your dealership. I am confident that Ural NE will make the ownership and riding experience enjoyable for years to come.

What a great experience! My husband, traditionally a BMW guy, had been thinking about getting a Ural for a while. We took a drive down to check out the bikes at Ural of New England, and from that first test drive, he definitely wanted one. He worked with Darrell, who was superb--very easy to communicate with and definitely didn't oversell. Both he and Olga made the long-distancing purchasing process easy, and the only downside to the whole adventure was my husband having to drive it home in the rain. Thanks for running a dealership the right way--one that customers will want to come back again and again!

My husband and I were driving home from vacation in Maine when our car (pulling our travel trailer) had an obvious problem. Luckily Google led us to Alpha Cars. They were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about our Volkswagen Touareg TDI. They let us wait in a very comfortable area in their beautiful shop and gave us water for ourselves and our dog. We did have to wait a while but that was to be expected since we crept in without an appointment. The mechanic was able to fix the worst problem and got us back on the road. He also found two smaller issues that he recommended repairing in the near future. We highly recommend this shop and if we lived in the area we’d be back for the other future repairs.

If you are in the market to purchase a Ural - Ural of New England is the place you want to go. I recently purchased a 2020 Gear Up. This was not any ordinary Gear Up. It came with the name of Zarya, meaning Dawn in Russian and correctly spelled is заря. The sidecar bike was mostly black with highlights of the color orange. The color orange one would see in a sunset. Thus the name заря.

I've been looking at getting a Ural for nearly four years. Did a lot of research on the bike and viewed many online Ural dealer sites. Ural of New England always had a unique inventory of Urals when I surfed the net. Some of the Urals being one of a kind.

My experience with Ural of New England was top shelf. I first spoke with Ben (a former Coastie trombone player in the prestigious Coast Guard Band). Ben was most excellent and helped me to make my decision. I spoke with Ben several times. Then I had a few phone conversations with Dmitri. Dmitri was very knowledgable of the sidecar bike and made the effort of video linking me in real time to take me around his showroom. Dmitri introduced me to the Zarya. My wife loved it (that was a big factor)! I decided the Zarya was the one and it was available through the Ural of New England dealership.

I put a deposit on it immediately!

To close the deal Olga assisted me in every step of the way. Olga emailed and FedEx'd all the necessary documents without any delays. On a Thursday morning before I went to pick up the Zarya on the upcoming Saturday I ran into a glitch at the NJ DMV (where I needed to get in line at 5 AM in order for a guaranteed spot to be served due long lines at the NJ DMV after being closed for 4 months). Olga expeditiously fax'd additional documentation that the NJ DMV peculiarly requested. After that ordeal I got my plates and registration in hand and was out of the NJ DMV around 10:30 AM. This would not have happened without Olga's help.

Marian was in the mix too with pricing and sorting out the exact accessories I desired.

On a Saturday morning I drove up to Ural of New England to trailer back the sidecar to NJ. I met Olga in person and Darrell too - who is a master BMW technician. Darrell helped me load the Zarya onto the trailer after I did a local test ride. Both Olga and Darrell gave me all the tips I needed to properly break in my Ural.

I am very satisfied with everything about Ural of New England! It is an excellent dealership!

I just bought this past week aToyota MR2 trading in my Alfa Romeo 1989 Graduate as part of the purchase. The process was made seamless by Dmitry and his team. My car had issues and a thorough inspection was done and everything was very transparent.

I was extremely happy with the price I received given the condition of my car and I felt like I was treated as family. There has been a lot of support and the MR2 is in pristine condition.

I had a relatively small issue with my Royal Enfield, however I was unable to get it solved - I live on the tiny island of Chappaquiddick. I emailed Dmitry who I believe is a General Manager - he replied in a very timely fashion connecting me with John, a service manager. I was reassured that they could take care of the problem, and because I was traveling from some distance (and with the time constraints of ferry schedules) they could do it while I waited. When I arrived, I was quickly directed to John who immediately had a service technician address the problem, and within half an hour I was on my way. The professionalism that I witnessed is very rare, and everyone that I came across at the dealership was personable as well as professional. 5 stars (the highest possible) from this very satisfied customer.
