I recently in October of 2024 purchased a vehicle from unique it was a 2016 Subaru crosstrek with 80’000 miles I was looking for a car because I was in desperate need I could’ve lost my job without it and they were made aware I needed a car sooner than later before I was driving a 2006 Chevy trailblazer that basically collapsed on itself in my driveway so going from that to a 2016 Subaru was exciting to say the least and after my now $20000 loan I have I was expecting the car to be perfect however I only work part time so I’m not really driving much in that car it’s January now and I haven’t even put 1000 miles on it yet so realistically I haven’t had much time to notice any issues but lately they’ve been piling up and unfortunately I couldn’t extend my warranty because it was an extra $2000 for 60 days tell me how a car that I haven’t even put 1000 miles on already has it’s wheel bearings going out! FRESH FROM THE DEALER! also I had an issue with it before my warranty ended the previous owner never updated the CarPlay system so it thinks pandora is really the only way to listen to music and my gps system that refuses to connect to my phone is so outdated it tells me all the wrong exits on the highway in some places they’ve been reconstructed to direct me off a cliff when I called and asked if there was anything they could do about it CONSIDERING THIS CAR IS LITERALLY BURNING A HOLE IN MY WALLET I WOULD ATLEAST LIKE TO ENJOY IT AND I DONT/ SHOULDNT BE USING MY PHONE WHILE DRIVING and they told me they can’t fix it because it still drives so really there’s no issue that PMO so bad oh what else can I add to the list my driver side door the window literally won’t open in the winter because for some reason water pools in the door and freezes it shut on a dry warm day I’ll roll up my window and it will still be beaded with water who knows what damage that’s doing to my door internally also whenever I open my driver side door the car says my lift gate/trunk is open then proceeds to show on the photo my driver side door open it just has a lot of sketchy issues right now and I’m really concerned for the long run and insulted this car was sold to me at that price with this many “quirks” I would’ve been better off buying a brand new vehicle but unfortunately I was desperate and I feel taken advantage of it’s clear whoever certifies/ checks their vehicles before being sold is lazy and only cares about how it drives no other electrical factors or anything at all

I have purchased 4 vehicles through Unique Motors of Chicopee and each and every time has been straight forward, simple and pain free. Mike and Jim are easy going, they don't push and they communicate through each step of the way ensuring that you get the best deal with the best attitude. Not once have I felt pressured or lost in the car buying process and not once has any question gone unanswered. The only downfall I've had is needing to go back in and sign more paper after acquiring my said 4th purchase but thats as simple as hopping into my newly acquired highly reliable vehicle and driving in.

Do you want a car that breaks down every week and needs to be towed back to their “mechanic” to get “fixed” ? Do you want to be promised the car was gone through 100% but yet the inside hasn’t been cleaned since the car was manufactured? Do you want no help when your car needs $1800 worth on engine work less than 3 months after buying? THEN COME ON DOWN TO UNIQUE!
P.S they do offer hot coffee though 🙂

They say they can help with bad credit but will not approve u ..false advertising.!! They didn't even give me options.,,,,,,in reply..u advertising states that u will get approved no matter what credit u have .an u denied me ..with no options or anything ..just said I can't help u ..but yet I got approve for two different dealers .. Currently getting a car ..your false..and jimmy is rude .

Almost made a bad purchase. Salesman told me that the Suv I was interested in had not been in any accidents. I checked Car Fax, and it had been in 2 accidents. The cobwebs and dust on it should have been the red flag. I am glad I decided to check Car Fax
