Ty is a kind person who does excellent work. Honest, transparent, and friendly. He held firm with insurance when they were trying to cheap out on parts for my car, and made sure it was taken care of the right way. On top of all that, when I went in to pick up my car I was awestruck. It looked brand new, so beautiful and clean. It was the cherry on top of having my car back in tip top shape. Great experience. I spent two weeks looking for somewhere to take my car. Other shops were either too far, too expensive, or never answered their phone. Tyler answered right away, had time for me to come in two days later and even helped me over the phone on my way in with a coolant question. I needed a bunch of parts that he found super fast and cheap and was really transparent on cost of labor and parts from the beginning. Their sweet pup and son kept me company while we chatted and I believe I met his wife as well! The parts came a few days later and when my weekend got too hectic to drop the car off on Saturday he was totally flexible about me dropping it off whenever I could. He got everything done in a day so I could have it back for night school and let me know right away when a charge was added for some unanticipated work. All in all this was an awesome experience with lovely people and I've already recommended them to my parents and friends!!

I was in a car accident mid January this year. I called around to several places to repair my car and most couldn’t even begin to look at my car let alone fix it until mid March. I called Ty’s auto body shop and they said they could get me in right away! I couldn’t have picked a better place. Ty and his crew were very professional, efficient, honest and kept in constant touch to let me know what was going on or if any issues arose. When my insurance company wouldn’t extend my rental they gave me my car back so I could get to work during the week and finished everything on the weekend when they are usually closed! I only wish they did regular maintenance because this is where I would bring my car indefinitely! I’m so glad I chose this business to repair my car and support a local business. If your in need of auto body care, look no further!! 100% recommended

Ty's Body Shop gave me the best service ever! So here's my story-- my car had a collision with a deer; the front end was badly damaged. I initially called Full Tilt in Easthampton to see if they would be willing to take my car. They told me they were overrun and that the repairs would take more than 3 weeks! This news came on a Friday evening. I rely heavily on my vehicle for work, so 3 weeks for a repair was not an option. I live in South Hadley Falls, and since Ty's is close by, I decided to give the shop a shot. This is the best decision I ever made. Ty's took in my car immediately. They handled the paperwork with the insurance beautifully, and helped ease a very stressful situation for me. The work done to my car was beyond impeccable. All repairs were completed within 1.5 weeks which is reasonable given the damage. The Ty's Body Shop crew detailed my car's interior, cleaned the exterior, and just did an overall great job. I was even able to leave my rental at his shop for pick up since I was pressed for time. I highly recommend Ty's Body Shop. This a great shop, with an owner who goes above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied.

Had to repair the back end of my car because of backing up with a bike on the back. And hitting something else.after all that , we went to TY’s in South Hadley, this man was honest, very good the car came out spectacular! We were so pleased! Thank you TY! We’ll be back if we need anything!

Ty is an absolute pro. I had some serious dents from an accident on my truck-bed and he made it look like brand new. He painted it afterwards and you can't even tell anything happened. Highly recommend him over the other body shops in our area.
