We have been part of the TPA family for going on 2 years.. we have been with other dance studios where you are just a member, with TPA you become part of a family. The growth I have seen with my daughter has been nothing but remarkable. She has found a love in dance I didn’t know she would ever have, she is determined now to dance until college and beyond. I recommend this dance program to everyone.

I have two daughters that are team students at Turning Pointe Academy. We absolutely love it there. TPA has such a positive atmosphere where the students can learn and express themselves. All the staff members are knowledgable and friendly. As a mother, I feel comfortable and confident leaving my children there for class. As team students, my girls love the friendships they made and the opportunities TPA has given them. Our favorite part is the community outreaches and giving back.

I could never speak positively about a place that isn’t inclusive to children with special needs. The owner was absolutely horrendous. Do not waste your time or money to go here.

My niece went here for for competition cheer. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because Lauren, one of the coaches is great with younger kids.

If you are looking for a money pit and an unstable environment this is the place to go. I debated a long time in writing a review. But here it goes; the cheer program is an absolute joke. They are so unprepared and constantly switching coaches. The owner is a passive agressive person who puts on a fake smile and loves to take your money. It is a shame there isn't another cheer program in our town. The dance program I can not review. This is for the cheer program only.

I have been a student at Turning Pointe since the studio first opened and cannot speak higher of the instruction, dedication to its students, and overall professionalism of the studio. What I learned at Turning Pointe benefited me even after I graduated and headed to college. The training I learned at Turning Pointe allowed me to continue to pursue dance as a major in college. Turning Pointe is a studio that has set itself a part from the rest, and, in my opinion, is one of the greatest in the area! A student at Turning Pointe will develop into a great dancer and an even better person, and I highly recommend the studio to anyone!

Have to agree with Alex’s review about the owner. Here is what happened to me: I registered my daughter for 8 classes of bungee fit in TPA. Before the session started, they changed the time of the classes, but did not inform me. Only after I emailed the owner before the first class (because her other email to all students confused me), did I find out the time change. Then she cut the session in half, because there was not enough people to register for the 8 classes. But again she did not inform us, so my daughter went there on the 5th class and waited for an hour, only to find the owner had forgot to inform us. I emailed the owner, she agreed to refund half of the money and she set up an appointment time to meet in TPA to do the refund. She did not show up for the appointment and I waited there for an hour. I emailed her again, she did not say any sorry, but agreed to do the refund the same time the next week. Again, she did not show up the next week. After waiting for half an hour, I emailed her again and talked with the front desk lady. With the help of the front desk to text and call her, I got the refund and an apology from her in the end. — The teachers are good there, the front desk people are friendly, but it is a pity the owner could not represent the best standard of customer service for our local businesses.
