If you have a car you care about, avoid going to Turn 4. I paid Bob to do the timing belt, water pump, clutch replacement and a transmission rebuild. Only thing that hasn't needed to be redone is the water pump and clutch. The timing belt he installed was put in incorrectly, and rubbed against the inside of the timing belt cover destroying itself. There is supposed to be a guide washer between the harmonic balancer and the crank pulley, which was not reinstalled with the new timing belt. The transmission was about half a gallon low on fluid when I got it back which I wasn't aware of, so it ran hot and has since cooked the bearings (which were all replaced during the rebuild). I was quoted 2-3 weeks for all the work to be done, and it took Bob over 3 months for me to get my car back. I'm disappointed that I payed someone a few thousand dollars to make my car worse than it was when I dropped it off. Avoid bringing anything you actually care about to this place.

Bob and Corey do great work. Their exhaust systems sound better than most concerts! This is the place to buy performance parts and have them installed right. I've trusted them to work on all my family cars from a Corvette to a Cadillac to my Hyundai Genesis DD. They also support racing. Can't recommend enough.

Turn 4 Automotive and Bob went above and beyond with an issue out of there control.

My Explorer had a major Turbo failure, they quickly diagnosed and replaced the turbos. A part failure on the turbos purchased from a parts store caused the new turbos to need to be replaced shortly after installing them.

Bob worked with the parts store and went above and beyond with service and warranted the turbos quickly getting new ones delivered to finish up my car.

Turn 4 Automotive has earned my future business.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR MONEY, DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLES TO THIS SHOP. This is a follow-up review to what I posted 6 months ago. I was contacted by an ex Turn 4 employee who was working there while my GTR was in the shop. He has shed some light on how the car was treated and how Bob deceived me about his abilities as a mechanic. He also highlighted the way Bob runs this shop, which is irresponsible and unacceptable. What I said 6 months ago still stands; do not ever bring something you care about to Bob at Turn 4. He should not be allowed to run this shop, or work on other people's vehicles. His work is sloppy and his etheics are non-existent. Most of the positive reviews are from his friends & family, further trying to deceive people into bringing cars to him.

These guys are great not only that they have great prices for tires cheaper than Tire Warehouse in some of the other places but they are excellent technicians as well and are very quick and that labor is very reasonable I would definitely recommend
