I did not know what to expect when I signed up for this class but I am very glad I did.
I have never been able to fully clear my mind and relax the way I did during this session.
The calming and comfortable atmosphere allowed my daughter and I to fully find a peace that neither of us had ever experienced. 10/10 will return.

Did the Board & Yoga class and it was so much fun and such a great experience! Jen is so nice and accommodating. She really went above and beyond to accommodate my food restrictions for the brunch. You can tell her whole heart is in her business. Can’t wait to do it again!

This is a wonderful studio setting with great teachers who take the time to help you with poses. The studio is beautiful, the vibe is laid back. All this in Corydon, Indiana! Can't believe how luck I am to have this so close by!

I am new to this studio. After battling Ovarian Cancer, my body and mind needed some love. I looked around and found True You Yoga. I am truly in love! I have enjoyed attending the yoga class, people are super nice. The instructions are amazing! I feel so in ease and very welcomed!
I truly recommend this studio!

True You Yoga is a wonderful place to practice yoga! It is inclusive for all body types and skill levels. The instructors are kind and offer plenty of modifications. I have always felt supported in my yoga practice. I always leave feeling better then when I walked in! Worth it for sure!
