We do not recommend buying trucks from this company. We bought a used truck on 5-17-2024 with 334000 miles. Initially, they gave us used steer tires and low-quality air lines. On our first trip, we experienced issues with the brakes and ABS, and an error code 520349 appeared. We first reported the problems to their shop on a Saturday, but their mechanics ignored the issues, claiming everything was fine. We returned to the shop on 6-25-2024, and they found that 6 injectors and one box needed to be replaced. They informed us that it was good news because it was covered under warranty and would save us money. I am puzzled by how it is good news that a truck with only 30,0000 miles required such extensive repairs, especially after we were assured that two complete inspections had been done.

Unfortunately had terrible experience with this shop. Mechanic replaced the head by the extended warranty on my truck, took a week to do that, 150 miles after I had check engine light on with clogged DPF, opened the hood and saw the oil leak right from under head gaskets down the engine block, come back home and went to another dealer, their statement was “ two of the head bolts was finger tight” Cause me another 11 days in the shop and income loss because of lack of communication between two dealers. Shame on the dealer shops who charge you so much money for low quality work

This is my first and last experience i give my truck for AC repair they take 1 day to get fault in my AC and still not sure and then i leave i have delivery only 30 miles and now my APU is also not working and outside temperature is 97 i never go to this place ever in my life and they only do region of my truck in 2 days and charge me $1640

Truck country has a GM by the name Chris Flockheart. I can tell you with absolute certainty that he is there to care for us as customers. His attention to detail and hospitality truly has few if any equals. They installed my body boxes beautifully. I have been going to truck country for a few years now. They sold me my first truck and stood by me thru good and bad times. If your looking for a good experience with people who truly care this IS your only stop. Thank you for all that you do, your techs are knowledgeable and accurate! I will continue to use truck country.

Strongly not recommend. !!!!!!!! Those guys are liars , I give them zero star I have problem with radiator of my truck but it tells me 11 hr job ,usually it takes 6hr job ,they consider only to make money they don't care the customers…… every hr it charges me PARTS: 1,856.12 -- LABOR: 2,034.00 .

We agree everything they changed ……

In addition to that I advice every one to look another dealership frightliner or TA shops plz try to look any shop near this area.
I am here for two days with nothing ..

What kind of repair shop doesn’t take appointments to get stuff fixed? Bring it in and we will work it in when we can? That is one of the dumbest policies I’ve ever heard. So I’m supposed to bring my truck in, drop it off, and help you get to it in a reasonable time?
