INSTRUCTOR
Elaine Marrero and her team of talented instructors are by far the most authentic! Many hail from Puerto Rico which is always a plus so it’s always refreshing when they bringing back fresh moves from the island. Most importantly her instructors like Mae and Omar are extremely active in the dance community with Socials, Congresses, and Workshops! They’re so passionate with their student’s growths

CLASSESS
Due the large space and talented instructors. They’re able to provide with a variety that meets your schedule. From Salsa, Bachata, Tango, Ballet and more! Rather than 2 hours a day. Due to high demand, Elaine, opened more classes as early as 6pm to 9pm and sometimes 10pm. Always quality and different every single classes as they build on from one another!

COMMUNITY/CULTURE
Elaine Marrero brought the Latin Community to Michigan and continues to do so with over 40 years! Everyone supports each other and eventually they all become friends. I call them my dance studio family!

EVENTS
From Social Nights, Dinner nights, Open Mic, Showcases + They constantly have so many events happening!

10 out of 10 Stars I highly recommend! Attending these events and classes has introduced to me so many amazing people in my life! I even had my birthday party there!

This is an amazing place to learn such fun and exciting dances like salsa and bachata. The atmosphere is bright, colorful and the lounge is HUGE! They now also have a juice bar too...I highly recommend Troy Dance Studio for the group dance classes and monthly dance events check it out!

Elaine is a fantastic teacher easy to follow her instruction , great Salsa Lesson, and I am just learning that. This would be a great places for gals, like 3 guys to every girl here, guys not so much.

My husband and I worked with Ryan to learn our wedding dance and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience! Ryan is very informative, patient, and always met us where we were at in terms of learning. This was the most grounding and fun experience we had while planning our wedding. Highly recommend!

Troy Dance Studio has a beautiful new building with a larger dance floor, but the same warm and encouraging atmosphere. This a great place to learn how to dance, especially salsa and bachata, but also tango and ballroom. They have excellent teachers, many of whom are professional performers and have many years of experience. They have great parties on the second Saturday of each month (with tasty food made by the owner herself) and often have Friday night dance parties as well. It is more than just a studio; it is a very warm community of friendly people. I love it and highly recommend it!

The instructors and the staff are so friendly. There is a dance for everyone from beginner, intermediate and advanced. It's a joy to be a part of this dance studio. They are like family. I guarantee if you try a class you'll smile the whole time and you will come back for more.
