Don’t know anything about this company, except they hire road rage psychopaths to drive this truck.
Was traveling on 91N where a lane was closed ahead for construction. There was easily a mile of left lane wide open before it went down to just the right lane, & when I tried to go by this jerk, he tried to run me off the road into the grass, so violently that my emergency crash system activated. He then proceeded to ride the center line to block me from passing….
Once the tiny section of one lane had passed, he continued for the next 7 miles to speed up & slow down abruptly both behind and in front of me, nearly causing an accident at least a half dozen more times, as well as tailgating so closely at 75 miles per hour, had I even tapped the brakes he was coming through my back seat.
I called to make a complaint & gave the plate number but the woman I talked to didn’t sound terribly concerned.

Whoever this driver is needs to be removed from the road immediately & given road rage courses to correct his insane behavior before he kills someone trying to be an unofficial ruler of the road, & stop people from traveling down a perfectly open and fine portion of the highway.
Maybe he never learned you are supposed to use the entire lane until it ends, and then take turns getting into the open lane to help avoid mile long slow downs like the one he preferred to have by making everyone behind him merge a mile ahead of the lane closure.

Get this guy off the road!

I rarely write recommendations and have never for an auto mechanic even though I’ve had ok service with some. But I feel compelled to write one for Trailer Tech.

Customer service from Jessica, their office manager, is prompt and excellent. Availability of schedule is great (which of course could change as they are getting discovered by more people!)

Most importantly, vehicle knowledge and quality of service is outstanding. I call Luke and Aaron my “dream team” because they figured things out that other mechanics didn’t bother trying. Luke and Aaron researched and spent time problem solving and had fixed it in a short amount of time while I waited.

They do their research before a project, and if it is out of their area of expertise, they will let you know ahead of time, so they are highly trustworthy!

Most repairs were done same day or while I waited, and the prices were fair. They were friendly and patient with questions, another rate thing.

I have since moved away, but I honestly would come back to them if I ever need it. Highly recommend.

I generally don’t write reviews but I feel I needed to share my experience with Trailer Tech. I have 27 foot snowmobile trailer and while on the way home from NH to CT I broke an axle in MA. Without knowing who to call, Trailer Tech was the 3 rd company we randomly called. Without hesitation they told me to come down if I was able to. It was close to closing time and they said they would wait. Once I got there Jess and Kim, knowing the season was short assured me they could fix the trailer in just a couple of weeks. They were not able get prebuilt axles in time so rather than telling me they wouldn’t be able to do it, they sourced out all the parts and built the entire undercarriage from scratch. They stayed within the quote and had me back on the road within the 2 weeks.

If you have a trailer and need work done it’s worth the travel. Thanks to Jesse (one of the techs) I was back on the road and I can tell you they stand behind their work !!!!

Didn't have the right replacement tire in stock, but they tossed me a perfectly good used, similarly sized wheel with tire to help me get my trailer back on the road quick in the meantime. Now I've got a spare! Highly recommend!!!
