I have to say Kassem and his staff is one of a kind. I went there to do my tires, brakes and oil change. Wow what an amazing job they did, and to top it off the price was amazing. I checked around from Lexington, Woburn, Watertown, and even local shops in Waltham and Trade Auto Shop price was the best. You can’t be the the service there. Thank you Kassem and your team for a job well done.

Christmas Eve and my battery died when filling up at the Shell station on Lexington and Concord Ave. After spending 20 min with my husband trying to jump it we decided to move to plan B. Trade Auto is just on our way home and we thought we could at least stop by and see if they could help. They were about to close, but two of their very generous mechanics grabbed their jumper and offered to come see if they could start my car up. Since we had nothing to lose and were looking at having to tow it, we were extremely grateful for the offer. And my car started right up with their help! So appreciative for their kindness and willingness to help on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

My advice For everyone safety,
If you bring your car to this place for any kind of work specially if they do anything to your brakes, please double check every single detail before you drive out of the lot
They left one side of my brake calipers with no screws, and it make loud squeaky noises every time I step on the brake pedal
Not save at all
This is very dangerous for our lives

The owner is fantastic, honest and looking out with the best intentions for the customer. They are helpful in walking through any issues, as well as calling and giving you ample heads up on additional services needed on your vehicle without trying to upsell. I will continue coming back here, and will tell others to do the same!!

Kassel is a Complete scammer. He wouldn’t provide me with a receipt of the work completed after I paid him in cash. It took 15-20 min of arguing to get a receipt. Dont trust this guy. Go elsewhere.
Even his wife began to yell at him. 🙂

I just started bringing my cars to Trade Auto Center in Waltham and have been more than pleased. It's conveniently located right off of Rt. 95 in Waltham. Zack is the mechanic who has helped me, but the other mechanic is also great. Zack is a fantastic guy who has been doing this for years. He's knowledgeable and honest. On a recent visit, he even told me I didn't need to do a job that I thought needed to be done. Highly recommend!

I needed to replace an engine belt for my car and the team finished the work in an hour with a great price!! I stopped by the shop a day before and asked Kessem for the quote and when he can do. He offered me to bring the car next morning once he spoke with his parts distributor. He is very honest and I will be back for any maintenance in the future!!

I brought my car here to have an oil change, and the owner told me that they could fix the small scratches on my bumper.

After a few hours, the store called me and asked me to come in and check the work. It seemed like they were not very confident about it. When I saw my car, the repair looked terrible. And I was asked to pay over $500 for this quality of work.

I spoke to a staff member and he said that if I wasn't happy, their manager agreed to repaint the entire bumper at a discounted price, they could 100% guarantee it would look like new. Since I couldn't leave my car in that condition, I drove it back another day. However, to my surprise, the manager didn't want to deal with their work anymore, he said they were not a body shop and they couldn’t fix this, asking me to find a body shop to fix it on my own.

Additionally, I noticed that my car kept showing the "change oil" message even after they had changed it. They claimed their computer had an issue and they didn't reset my car. So if I hadn't asked, they would have just let it go.

Now I have to pay additional $1500+ to fix the work they did. So being cautious about bringing a premium car here, their work is very rough, and they are not detail oriented. Additionally, they charge the same amount as the dealership does.
