I drove from Houston to Broussard for work for 3 days. During the drive into town, my front passenger wheel started to vibrate. I called the office mid-morning on Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday morning. The work was completed by 4:00 that same day, in plenty of time for my trip to return to Houston on Wednesday. Brad and Daniel deserve the 5.0 stars they’ve earned. Brad graciously gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my Camry at 7:30 am Tuesday. Daniel kept me updated with cost estimates and explanation of services. If I lived locally, then they would be my new service provider. Great work, guys. Thank you. - Anthony

The guys at ToyoTech are very friendly, professional, and provided great service for my 2005 4Runner that’s rolling up on 300k. Got it riding and running like it should. Provided great communication and options for service with upfront pricing. They had no issue with me providing some of the parts that I was able to get or already had. Got my vehicle back sooner than I thought I would. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Great place to bring your vehicles. Everyone there is friendly and has no problem explaining everything clearly. They'll give you their recommendations and don't try to upsell or overcharge you. Just good honest work. Will be back for all my truck issues.

I don't trust anyone to work on my Land Cruiser, but in talking to Brad he seemed like a guy who pays attention to the details and someone I could trust. He is that guy you can trust and did a great job went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I'll be referring friends and family to him. I had a sticking tensioner on my 5.7 and ended up doing the whole timing chain kit.

Amazing experience here at ToyoTech! Brought vehicle in for an oil change and was blown away by the service they provide! I have had such bad experience dealing with dealerships in the past to get my vehicles serviced. Hands down this is the BEST shop I have EVER been too! With my vehicle being older and high mileage(2000 Toyota 4Runner 255k miles) I don’t hand over the keys to just anyone for service. The owner, Brad, showed me things that needed to get down with my vehicle and answered every one of my questions without hesitation. With his many years of experience you can tell he knows what he is doing, which puts my mind at ease knowing my vehicle is going to be taken care of! I was able to call ahead and schedule an appointment to get everything done and I was in and out very quickly! 10/10 would recommend if you need service! My family and I will be bring all of our vehicles back here from now on!

Best service !! Best ppl !! Glad i choose the right place at the right time. Got stuck in lousiana during the trip but they helped me out with damaged parts as my car was not drivable. COST EFFICIENT AND TIMELY FIX. I owe a huge thanks to @brad and @ryan for getting me out within the stipulated time frame.

A joyful experience dealing with Toyotech. Prices were affordable. David took his time resolving my concerns both thoroughly and thoughtfully. Brad and his team performed services on the vehicle in a swift manner. The team even observed a critical service work mishap that was done by another local dealership. It is hard to beat the value of professionalism and knowledge displayed at this service center. I feel reassured that my vehicle will last for years to come. Maintenance is key.
