This is the best Toyota service center! The service advisors are super helpful, the waiting area is amazing, and they offer complimentary nail services (Careen is very friendly and gave me a fantastic manicure). Even though I moved further away and closer to another Toyota, I continue to come here because I trust my car is in good hands and I’ll be comfortable while waiting for repairs.

I've been really pleased with this service center. The staff have been helpful in determining "must have" repairs and non-urgent repairs and are willing to talk through issues. The new waiting area is great, especially the small semi-private work spaces. The complimentary manicures are also a nice touch--Careen is super friendly and the does a great job 🙂

I have been coming here for years as I always feel respected and cared about. I specifically see Victor and he never lets me down. Other repair shops can make you feel stupid or unwelcome, but not this one! They recently added a nail salon that gives FANTASTIC manicures while your car is being serviced. Careen is who I see to get my nails done and they have never looked better.

They renovated their waiting lounge recently, and wow it looks amazing. It looks like a coworking space, complete with free bottled drinks and "pocket rooms" to take calls/meetings from. The space has plenty of sockets and even has a coffee machine.

The service is also great. The staff members are friendly and communicate well enough. 5stars. Can't wait to be back.

I really enjoy coming to this dealer. People provide great service and feel welcomed when I arrive. I spend a great time in the waiting room, I can make get me nails done, and have a cup coffee/tea with snacks. I more thing I want to mention which I dislike is the inappropriate customer service from Katherine in the front desk. I do not know what she is going through, but I consider she might be more understandable and patient with customers, specially elderly people. Thank you!
