After checking in I was informed the pool was down. I was told I could not cancel with the hotel but through the third party which I did directly with the third party. I was still charged at this property and when I called to request a refund today I was not listened to as I was trying to explain I already handled the 3rd party. I was asked at the desk to use my card which I did hence why they charged me in addition to the 3rd party. Horrible customer service I will not go back and will not recommend.

We had to get moved three times. First time the TV didn’t work at all. Second time the room was about 9000 degrees. 3rd time the room was adequate but it wasn’t cleaned very well. There was lime scale all over the shower head and pink mold on the shower. I just didn’t want to be moved again so we dealt with it. The bed also creaked super loudly whenever you got out of it.

The location is fine it’s in a residential area off the highway.

Customer service here left a lot to be desired in fact I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they were so put out to help you. You also have to be escorted to the pool, you cannot let yourself in, where we discovered the hot tub wasn’t working. Just all around a really lackluster experience. Rooms are super weirdly decorated too.

October 19th and 20th; My experience at this hotel for my birthday was absolutely deplorable. Upon arrival, I was checked in by Christina. She informed me that the room I reserved, in advance, was unavailable. Christina also informed me that the pool was out of order. When I got to the room, the ice machine was also out of order. I proceeded to the front desk, where I stated my grievances to Christina. She got really nasty with me and had a downright bad attitude. While I am an understanding person, aware that things can go awry, I should not have been met with hostility. I requested a refund and was told I could not have one, even though I made it very clear that I wanted to find a different hotel that would provide the amenities I was hoping to be able to use at your establishment. I will never recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

It’s dirty. Weird bad bathrooms. It looks like the contractor took the money, bought the cheapest supplies they could find and then half assed put a weird shower in. The owner or property company should have their Marriott name revoked, and maybe consider not owning a hotel. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was nice. But yeah, it’s gross and has the charm of a motor lodge from the 90s. Don’t recommend.

Great in its own right! I used to underestimate TownePlace Suites based on the name and the typical look of the building, but this stay completely changed my perspective. The room was fantastic, equipped with a large refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and microwave. I really enjoyed my time there. Kristina at the front desk was very welcoming, and I loved the small but well-curated breakfast menu. I’d definitely like to visit again.

The room Is nice, but housekeeping not offered daily, onece or twice a week. The breakfast Is unhealty. There are 3 washer machines, and only one working.

For as new as this hotel is you can clearly see it's falling apart. Not to mention the lack of management or really anyone knowing what they are doing. I've been to many Marriotts and this is by far nowhere close to any other Marriott I've ever been too.

The room was nice but service was very poor. Housekeeping not offered daily Traveling with toddlers there will be accidents and you’ll need extra towels or beds changed. That you have to remove yourself and take them down to the front deck for cleans ones. They don’t at the very least bring them to you. The price of the room isn’t worth it. We came in town for my father’s funeral so it wouldn’t been great to have a place to unwind and relax without having to do housekeeping also.
