Phenomenal customer service and auto service overall. Seriously from the first, informative phone call I made to inquire about brake services to making an appointment next day to get my brakes serviced. I appreciate how there was no pressure to buy into the premium brakes but rather a suggestive and thoughtful approach to why the premium brakes were recommended, which is what I ended up going with! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and the office area is nice and tidy, I was able to wait for my car and get some work done. Oh, and they were kind to look into my driver side seat for an ongoing issue with the stalled power seat positioning and movement, and they were able to fix it for now, at no charge! Talk about going beyond expectations! Thank you Mike and the Townline Tire team! I highly recommend going to them for your auto services.

Let's start with I'm almost 70. I can't count the tires I have bought over time.
This is the FIRST time I have payed the FIRST quote!! no add ons, no fees and delivered earlier than expected.
Taxes and fees were there, but was in the original quote.
How refreshing....a dealer who understands I don't have a tire machine or a balance machine at home!!
A quote that was all inclusive!!
Will recommend Towne Tires to anyone in need of repairs.

Great People! Highly recommended!
I have not seen people so patient and admiring.
There was a small issue reported on the carfax probably accidentally reported. I called, provided enough evidance and they promptly fixed the issues.

Jim and the crew treated me very well. My 20k Uniroyal tires were getting very loud so I took the car in. They took it for a drive, confirmed the noise, then checked the records and found that I had only rotated the tires once. They rotated the tires and told me it would take a while but should get better.

However I deducted two stars because they did not check the alignment. I took it to another mechanic that a friend recommended and they confirmed that all four wheels were badly misaligned.
