I was in the Cape to help a relative going through health issues and was using my relative’s car. The panel lit up with issues. The owner, my family member, knew the issue and had taken the car to Atlantic Subaru which estimated $4k to fix which my family could not afford. Friends recommended Buddy stating he was fair priced, honest and performed great work. Buddy worked with me to fit the car in on my schedule, did the work on time and charged us $2k for the fix and did a tune up as well. My experience was top notch, Buddy and his wife were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend their services.

I worked in Pembroke for many years and had a great mechanic there. A couple of years ago I changed jobs and ended up on the cape. For a while now I have been needing to get some maintenance done on my car and was fretting over not having a good mechanic that I trusted anymore. I finally got to the point that I had to find someone and went to Google to look. The reviews here were on par with other repair facilities but what seemed to set them apart was the level of trust people seemed to place with them. So I called and made an appointment. I was expecting a very long wait but was able to get my car in reasonably fast. I am pretty good with cars but was not sure of the issue so it was an open ended problem which means I could have been taken advantage of if someone wanted to. Between dropping my car off and picking it up I met both of the owners (Terry and Buddy) and had a real conversation with Terry. It was like I had known them for a long time. That was nice. I got my car fixed and was super surprised to find how reasonable it was. Nothing extra, just exactly what was needed. I'm sorry for the long winded review but wanted to share my feelings. I am glad I found them and that I have a new mechanic that is in close proximity to my office. Thank you Terry and Buddy!

Since moving to the Cape last year I have taken my car to Towers twice and both times I was blown away by their honesty, quality of work, and level of customer service. Buddy works hard to provide transparency and the most reasonably priced services he can to his customers. Towers is dependable, quick, and always goes above and beyond!

In addition to being friendly, I really appreciate how transparent they were. My car needed an expensive-ish repair, but I know I was charged a fair amount, because Buddy showed me exactly what part was failing and explained the costs. I really appreciate that- it made them easy to trust.

Went to Towers Service Center a couple of months ago to change over my winter tires to my all-season tires. First, it took just over 4 hours (half of their work day) to get the job done. Second, after only a couple of months, two of my four tires have significant leaks. When I called to bring the car back, I was told they were too busy. Period. Now I am taking my car to another place to have them redo the job that Towers should have done correctly the first time. I do not recommend this shop!

Tower's really saved us after Falmouth Motor Car attempted to blatantly gouge my wife on brake service. We're new to the area and I usually do all of our maintenance myself but lost access to a garage when we moved, so I know what goes into most car jobs, and what the labor hours and general parts pricing should be. Towers was perfectly fair on labor and parts pricing and came in nearly $800 less than Falmouth Motor Car up the road.

They've gained a couple grateful customers after this experience.
