Great, polite, and friendly service. Called yesterday, and had four brand new tires ready and waiting for my appointment time. Took about a half hour wait and i was on my way. Reasonably priced too.

This was our first time at TSC and Mike (Owner) and his crew couldn’t have been nicer. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our truck and explained what needed to be done in order for us to get back on the road.
The price was incredibly fair, if not too low!! We had just bought some groceries and they offered to put them in their freezer, until we were ready to leave.
We will DEFINITELY utilize them again in the future, whenever we are traveling in this area!! We’d give them TEN STARS, if we could!!

My dad convinced me to “help out the local business” and get my 4 new tires mounted here. I didn’t ask them how much they were going to charge because I assumed they would be fair and comparable all of the other businesses.

Pep Boys, Walmart, were in the 20 dollar range per tire. TORRES charged me TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS or 200 Cash.

I then get home and realize that they didn’t put my best old tire on my spare rim which was blown out. So when I went back and told them that they wanted to charge me 40 dollars to change out the blown spare but I said “NO THANK YOU” and took it somewhere else here in Bridge City where I should have gone initially.

I wouldn’t doubt if the lady working the counter wanted me to pay cash so she could pocket that money for herself as Mike wasn’t there that Saturday

I came in during their lunch break, they told me it wouldn't be for another 1hr and a half before they could swap 2 tires. I patiently waited and within 30mins the tires were done. I came back with 2 more tires after that and not on their lunch break and the 2 tires were swapped in under 20mins this time. Would definitely come back great service highly recommend. Thanks

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would do it. Something simple like a tire repair that would take other shops hours, at Torres you are in and out to the door in about 20 minutes. They have also done jobs for me that other shops declined saying they did not have the expertise, but Torres knew how to do it. They are my “go to” place for all my service work on my vehicles.

I was totally unaware that you could purchase a "like new" tire for a 2022 Ford explorer, have the old tire taken off the rim, and have the new tire rimmed up AS WELL AS have my spare removed then have it mounted back onto my truck for the ridiculously low price of a meer $50 flat? I had almost given up faith in people being honest or fair and then you can ice this cake with the fact that girl in the office was so genuinely friendly and helpful that I felt no embarrassment at all when I had to ask for the wifi password bc my phone service wasn't working but I would've unable to pay if I didn't get online bc my card was locked! I was on a path of one horrible day after another for a good while. It may have been purely by coincidence but the day I went to Torres tire shop for a tire I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed and I left feeling a little bit better and from that point forward for the NEXT few days things slowly started to flow and feel a little easier to deal with each day after. I choose to give credit where it is due and if anyone anywhere ever asks me if I know where they can get a tire...I don't care what city, parish or state I'm in no matter what without hesitation Torres will be my recommendation for life?
