Fast and reliable service! My first visit with Top Auto Revere was a great experience and now I'm happy to have them as my main mechanics for my vehicles. As i returned for additional work on my vehicle, every time, my car is completed same day within a few hours. They worked with me and have also explained to me the work that needs to be completed in great detail while also educating me in difference of car parts as well as new vs. used parts. Went in about a week ago. Was the first time since owning a vehicle a shop has not bullied me to complete unnecessary repairs. Called Top Auto for an issue with my car on a Friday. They were working on the issue by Saturday morning. Charlie has a whole team of guys that work on the cars. He also let me bring the car in a day earlier and said to leave the keys in the mailbox. I was told the price upfront before any work was done. They also welded the custom piece I needed and installed it the same day. I was back on the road the same day they worked on the issue. This place won’t make you wait. Great job team!

I went to Top Auto with front end issues and received amazing customer service! They took the time to explain what was needed and work out the price before moving forward with anything. These guys are super friendly and easy to talk to, and frankly, as someone who doesn't know all that much about cars, I haven't felt like I'm being ripped off (unlike some mechanics). They explain everything they do and why it's necessary, and go the lengths to get cheaper parts for you if things are outside of your price range. I'll go to them for anything, from an oil change to a new clutch!
Update: had my engine splash shield reinstalled (after it fell off) within 30 minutes and they didn't even charge me!

I recently went to Top Auto transmission in Revere to get a faulty transmission looked at. They were super professional and kind on the phone, and without hesitation told me to bring my car right in. I had just had a new transmission installed in my car by another body shop and they were still willing to help me figure out the problem, free of charge!! They took the time to drive it and diagnose the problem for me. Because of them, I was able to go back to the shop that installed it and tell them EXACTLY what was wrong.
