Great great great customer service. I didn't even have to call them on the phone to purchase my new KTM. I just shot them a few texts about the bike, then headed to their shop to pick it up. The new bike was sitting outside in front of the loading dock when I arrived. The paperwork was laid out and ready for me to sign when I walked in. The whole process probably took less than 15 minutes once I got there. Fastest and easiest bike purchase I've ever done. I just want to say, thanks for providing excellent customer service. I will be back to buy another new bike in the future.

Great experience today Sam and team were SO good to me. He checked my chain adjustment on the spot. OK. Started to leave and the battery was dead. Sam and team installed a new one for a very reasonable price.
Very friendly and professional.
Hunter and his team in parts were also very helpful.
I highly recommend these great folks.

Cameron was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. The staff even allowed me to come in an hour before opening the day I picked up the bike, so I'd have more time to make it to an event that day. Great experience.

Very nice employees , got me right in and out. They balanced my bike(r6) tire and it's kinda of ironic that it came back perfect balance when I just changed the tire to brand new but hey I watched them and all is good

Called Dryer South last night and spoke to Kameron in sales about new bike, gave me price over phone. We agreed. I asked about a 3 year warranty he checked and stated it was $399.00 I asked if they offer a 5 year warranty he said yes for $100.00 dollars more. I agreed and put down deposit. When I drove there 1-1-1/2 hour drive to pick up bike was discouraged to hear that wasn't correct it would be $300.00 additional. They didn't honor the price quoted. They did say I didn't have to buy the bike. I suggested they bring in the salesman , That didn't happen. Paid cash and left, I didn't look at the new 1000 Pioneer I was considering buying.

Wow, I guess I’ll respond to another LIE of this company. I was NEVER rude to any of your employees, Secondly I have the notes that I called your company and 2 other companies comparing with pricing from them, with their names, I had gotten complete pricing from each, I went with your company because you are closer. I would love to come in and speak to the owner or GM and have all the employees say that face to face and see if they can lie directly to me and the owner. I had conversations with 3 people in your store. The original new employee you stated didn’t give me a price. False, second person was the salesperson who I was handed off to.( I think Kyle) No issues what so ever. Third person finance person, lady.( I think Megan) Very apologetic to the fact that She wouldn’t honor the salesperson’s price. I never was rude to anyone, funny as Ive never heard this from anyone else. stated I would love for the 1st sales person to come in and discuss what he had told me while I was there. Finance manager didn’t want to accommodate me. Sad when a company doesn’t honor what they say. Lesson learned pricing must be in writing from this company.
If the company would of said I am so sorry he did say that he is new and we will honor what he said, I would of said I accept your apology and your integrity of your company and I would of let it go and never posted a bad review. Sad when a company doesn’t stand by what they say, and then to justify with another lie.

I showed up on my Harley. On a Friday night and came back with the wife on Saturday afternoon. The staff treated us with great respect. They were all very knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know. I purchased a 2022 Benelli. The finance lady was a joy to talk to and paperwork was really fast. I’d recommend dreyer to all my friend who love riding. At the end of the day. I didn’t just purchase a new bike. I also made new friends.
