My child and myself love TLCA. I could not ask for a better environment for my child to prosper in. Since kindergarten, every teacher has been wonderful to not only my child but to every child there! Without a doubt, I will continue to recommend TLCA. I cannot express enough gratitude to Mrs. Crane and her staff. The faculty and staff go above and beyond for not only their students, but for the entire student body! Multiple teachers have created “KINDS- Kids in need deserve smiles”,you cannot tell me that these are bully teachers and teachers who do not care about the entire student body.

** If you’ve ever had a negative experience with TLCA, maybe you should try involving yourself more with your child and their education, because I promise TLCA teachers and staff are not the problem!

Both my children attended this school the last couple years and the first year was really great for them. But as a new principal came in things started changing for the worst, in my (opinion.) They started wanting money for every school function , every field trip ,even had to pay for field day . On top of the other little things here and there just so my kids could participate in something fun at school. My son's last year there he got in a verbal altercation with a boy he was suspended for 3 days and the other boy was not. My son had never had any record of having any discipline issues his entire school life , my son came out of the principles office crying. My daughter was also told she could not be part of what they call a light house team ( like student council) for fifth grade, because her math grade was bad .This was the 4th day of school of the new school year. I personally would not recommend this school to anyone. So sad cause it really seemed like a good place . So I checked my daughter out of school a week and 4 days later I asked for her school supplies back they said no cause the supplies are community property , just her dry erase board and ear buds were returned .So no pencils or even notebook paper to transfer to her new school , I'll have to buy all new stuff for her. So hopefully you investigate more into this school before deciding to put your precious ones there.

My daughter absolutely loves attending TLCA. The teachers are amazing. Each and ever member of staff goes out of their way for the children. Fun things happen all the time here.

I like the school. Kids for the first time enjoy going to school. The only complaint I would have is that in a leadership type academy or school if the kids are having to abide by a dress code with a logoed polo and kaki style pants/shorts/skorts, the teachers should as well. Leaders teach by example. Other than that I like the fact that kiddos have to take responsibility and lead as well.
