Initially I was happy with my brakes and oil change but then my oil light came on on my f250 after 2000 miles. Then when I went to change the oil myself I saw that they put the wrong oild filter on and there was less than 6 quarts of oil in it when it requires 7. I can't trust them to service my vehicle anymore because that's a pretty ridiculous mistake that could've caused severe damage.

Tire Works got new tires in for my car in less than 24 hours, which is great because I didn't need to drive on the spare any longer than that! I tought there was an issue with the brakes, and they could have charged me to fix them... but they didn't. They checked the brakes and they were good. It is nice to know people aren't going to have you pay for repairs that you don't actually need!

I’ve used Tire Works service for years and even now I trust them with the care of my vehicle. I don’t just come back for their good, fair prices. I come to Tire Works because they’re honest, hard working people who want you to be satisfied and do their best to make your car problems go away. Meaning it’s not about the money, which says a lot to me in a lonely, greedy driven world.

I went in to tire works, but first I sent in a picture of my tire to see if it could be fixed. I was told it probably could. And it was! Services were fantastic, everyone was very friendly. I was told that I needed 4 new tires as the ware bar was showing and they had dry rot. Yikes, I had no intention of driving back home to Mich on bad tires, they ordered new tires for me, and didn't charge me for my tire repair, I'm very happy that there are still caring people in this crazy mixed up world, so Rusty thank you again, God Bless you all, see you soon for them new tires.

I had my oil filter changed and oil topped off it costed $28 which is fair pricing I am happy. My back tire was flat and I do believe they plugged for me until my tire came in that I had ordered and went back two days later and had it mounted. Overall good customer service.

Could not fix my issue damaged/broke all 4 brake bleeder valves expecting to sale me extra parts. Charged me anyway. Service is way over priced.
