I have been a customer here for over 10 years and their services are great. Prices are very fair, they are fast and efficient. My truck back in 2019 couldn't start, it wasn't battery or other starter related issues, I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get it moving but they fixed it at a very reasonable pricing. I will continue to refer my friends.

I had originally gone to a mainstream auto shop (one of the fire variety) as both of my rear rotors were all ridged and my car was thumping and shaking when I braked. The first auto shop quoted me upwards of $2,000 and insisted I get new shocks as the ones I had were "so rusted they would fall right off." I took my fathers advice and brought the car over to Tim's Auto. I was a little nervous dropping it off as I was doing it alone, with no car knowledge, and a girl. But my dad insisted, so, I dropped it off first thing in the morning and received a call around noon saying I definitely needed new rear breaks and it would be about $320. I agreed and they had my car ready to go by 3pm! I had this work done in the beginning of August 2023 and waited to make sure no issues came up before I wrote a review. The car still runs great and the most important part, stops! No more shaking or thumping. Will definitely go back to Tim's in the future and will also recommend the shop to anyone I can!

I came here a few months ago to have them check underneath my car for some clunking. They got back to me very quick and explained the possibility’s. They also changed my car fob battery for cheap too. The owner was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of auto service and repairs or even a full inspection

It's the first time I have had Tim's work on my vehicle. My 2003 Ram came back running like it was new. It had issues and Tim's team fixed them all. I would strongly recommend them.

Quick, honest, great pricing. I got quoted $1300-1500 for a brake job and EGR valve replacement at a place in Agawam for my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and was considering trading it in. My daughter recommended Tim's and they did the job for just over $600 and had it ready for me in 4 hours. Exceptional service.

I made an error when making a payment these guys never looked upset or mad even when I cost them at least an hour of their time trying to make it right! I was amazed to say these least at the honorable and considerate guys who work here along with reasonable prices!

Best mechanic around! Trustworthy won't just throw parts at your truck fixes whats broken for a fair price and gets it done quick. I've had my truck there 4 times now and always felt like i was getting a fair deal.
