Worked with Gail and Don today showed up with a need before my long trip gave them a ring earlier and was told to come on down they were super helpful had every part i needed and the oils to get me to my destination very professional kind and they have that awesome local business support and care! highly recommend you keeping your money local and checking thrill-city cycle out!

Great service ! During the time my motor was belong rebuilt I had to have surgery. When the job was done Donnie took the time to deliver my bike to my house and hour away! Thanks Donnie the world needs more people like you ! Can’t wait to ride my hog again !

I had an awsome experience with Don from start to hopping end of this year a full custom fatboy we even called it a fatglid lol great experience mechanic with a great vision nows his stuff I give this place a 100 all the way so patient found him threw a good friend Mike and told my buddies about him I've been screwed alot since I've had this bike he cares about every bike the same way can't wait to finish will share when it's done 100% recommend

I went to this bike shop only because I knew somebody who used them and they had decent reviews. I had my carburetor dynojeted. When I picked up my bike I had a harder time starting it then when I dropped it off. The owner came out and tried to tell me I didn't know how to start my own bike. He proceeded to make more adjustments and eventually the bike started. I figured it was all set after that. I was wrong. It went back to popping and difficult cold starts within a month.The reason why I went there in the first place was to fix the popping coming from the carburetor. Not only did he not correct the issue but the gas mileage became horrendous.(he had told me that gas mileage would go down after being dyno jetted but this was a huge difference). I had to bring it to another shop to correct the issue . I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was necessary. I mean you would think that he would have tested the motorcycle after he rebuilt the carburetor before bringing it out for the customer . That wasn't the case. On top of it, he had the audacity to question my knowledge on starting the bike. The work was not cheap either. Rather than go back and complain I simply found a better shop.

I had a unexpected minor problem on a Friday night during peek riding season. I called Thrill City they waited for me to bring it in on a trailer before they closed for the night .. My bike was ready 1st thing the next they that they were open

Went through a few mechanics , all promised me the world could not complete anything, my buddy Jerry found this place called thrill city I was amazed with what Don did to my buddies bike, I then spoke with Don went through my whole bike custom bag fabrication, rewired bike, etc a whole lot of other things Don my new friend did for me not only did he do everything he said he did it right before daytona awesome people I give 10 stars !!!
