My father, husband, 3 children and I have trained here for 12 years and still going! The instructors are awesome and so good with every age/level. Very encouraging atmosphere. And my favorite part is that they are teaching my kids self-confidence, self-control, and how to deal with bullies in a healthy way. Would recommend this martial arts academy to anyone and everyone!

I've taken private lessons in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under Royce Gracie Black Belt Jason Hawkins for several years now. He, and the rest of the instructors, are great and care about their students.

One can learn a variety of martial arts styles at Three Rivers Martial Arts Academy, and each instructor is well-versed in those disciplines. By training there, you can have decades upon decades of Martial Arts knowledge and experience at your fingertips.

I have been studying at Three Rivers Martial Arts Academy for 10 years. The knowledge of the instructors span several martial arts. Some of the styles that I have see taught include Gracie Juijitsu, karate, Tai Chi, Russian Systema, Filipino martial arts, knife and gun defense, judo, Kali, and others.

I began by studying Gracie Juijitsu because I was interested in self-defense. Royce Gracie, who was named as one of the top 50 greatest athletes by Sports Illustrated, comes here annually to conduct a seminar. It is amazing to be able to interact with Royce Gracie in person. A few years ago we were told that there were 5 Royce Gracie black belts at TRMAA in Paducah while there were only 50 in the USA.

This is a family friendly Academy. People of all physical abilities and ages are welcome. It is a low pressure, accepting, and fun atmosphere. The years of experience that Jason Hawkins, and other instructors possess makes this a great place to learn martial arts.

This is hands down the most all encompassing martial arts studio to prepare you for self defense and a lifetime of self discipline and growth! The owner is incredibly well pedigreed in so many arts from his world travels and lifetime of experience I would challenge anyone to find a more established and accomplished background anywhere around!
