What can I say about this dance studio other than amazing!! If you’re looking for a little one to learn the art of dance you must check them out the owner Nicole and all of the teachers are just so great. My daughter has been a student there going on 4 years and has grown so much as dancer. The staff is so friendly and the communication is great.

I am a 60+ woman , I have been taking fitness class's at Vitality for over a year now.. My daughter and daughter in law take the fitness classes also .My 10 year old Granddaughter is a dance student.
What a great group of women that teach the fitness classes .. They are young and beautiful…beyond this , they are professional, informative, friendly and caring. Willing to adjust moves to fit everyone's needs.
Being an older woman there is no feeling of intimidation (which I was nervous about).
Nicole the owner takes pride in her studio and the classes they offer. She is always available to answer questions in person, or with prompt responses to messages by text or telephone.
This is the place to come for dance lessons and fitness training..no matter what your age!!

I’ve recently joined The Vitality Place and I can not say enough positive things about this studio! The barre classes and cardio dance classes have been super fun while getting an amazing workout! The instructors are super nice, very knowledgable, and well trained. They offer modifications when needed and are super encouraging! If you are searching for a welcoming, positive, and friendly environment to workout look no further!

Nicole, the owner, is an incredible dance and fitness instructor and does such a great job catering to all her clients with her class selection. The Vitality Place is hands down the best studio that I have ever gone to. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, spacious, and absolutely adorable. Nicole, the owner, is welcoming and makes sure that every single person that goes there feels like they are welcome. The studio offers versatile classes such as; baby bop, yoga, barre, dance, and more. I have been to many studios, and this studio is my all time favorite. The energy of Nicole, the staff, and the clients is infectious, and you'll find yourself being a part of a new and wonderful community. I recommend this studio to everyone!

This studio is a safe place for me. I lost dance a while ago when my studio of 19 years closed. I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to find another studio because I wasn’t looking for any competition studios, I just wanted to dance to dance. Then one day my friend Meghan found The Vitality Place and then my dance world opened up again. Nicole is an amazing, humble and sweet individual who cares about all of her dancers, of all ages, and makes sure her studio is a safe place for everyone. Along with Nicole, the other staff at TVP is wonderful as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to dance again to consider looking into this studio! As well as dance, they offer barre and yoga classes. I had never done a barre OR yoga class until I came to TVP, and I love both! Thank you Nicole for opening this incredible studio. Please take a class! You won’t regret it. <3

Such a clean, welcoming, wonderful studio. The owner, Nicole, pours her heart and soul into every piece of TVP, and it shows. Our little ones took tap + ballet here, and they loved every minute!

My first time walking into TVP, I instantly felt an overwhelming sense of positive energy. It quickly became one of my absolute favorite places to be. I have always felt like the best version of myself when I walk out of those doors after class. Nicole is an unbelievable instructor - she is inspirational, motivational, and she genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients.
