I took my very first yoga class here at The Space, and I’ve been hooked ever since! Courtney is an absolutely phenomenal teacher, and I've had the pleasure of joining her for trapeze yoga, mat yoga, and the floating meditation/reflexology sessions she offers with Matt, who is also an incredible reflexologist. The Space offers a variety of classes for whatever you might be into, and each one I've taken has been truly transformational in its own way. Courtney provides such an inclusive environment that regardless of age, size, or yoga experience, I can guarantee you will feel completely supported here. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or just try it out for the first time!

The amazing energy is noticeable as you walk in the room. Courtney is so knowledgeable about anatomy and best practices for easing discomfort and enjoying it. Every class is geared to each student with support as needed. I would and do highly recommend investigating The Space, you absolutely won't regret it. You will love it all.

I recently started attending Courtney's trapeze yoga and have been going every week since. Courtney's yoga instruction is peaceful and inclusive of all body types. Courtney offers many options for each movement and guides the class while encouraging one to acknowledge individual needs and preferences. The Space is a welcoming and beautiful environment to practice in. I feel such a difference in my body and my temperament after each class. The trapeze helps to ease one into positions more gently and easily. This is a healing experience emotionally and physically.

I recently started Trapeze Yoga with Courtney. I messaged her in October she was so helpful answering my questions. I finally worked up the courage to go in January. I wish I had gone sooner. As soon as I walked in the room it was like I had been to multiple classes. Courtney has been so welcoming. I have now done a handful of classes and I have to say this is my new favorite thing. I really like the fact the classes are on the smaller side, so you get that one-on-one attention if you need it. I look forward to going to class every week. Thank you Courtney for helping me come out of my shell!

Courtney is the most talented and compassionate yoga teacher I have ever met and could possibly even imagine. She attends to every detail of the yoga experience in her tastefully decorated Space, including sounds and scents. I have taken over 100 hours with her, and it is improving the quality of my life.

The vibessssss are on point. This place is so cozy. The building it is located inside of is one of the oldest buildings in Westfield. I love the walk up to the third floor absorbing the aesthetics and history of the building. All the yoga teachers are friendly and accommodating. The price is the lowest I think I have ever paid for a yoga class. If you need a yoga mat, props, etc, they got you covered. I love coming to this SPACE and I highly recommend 🙂

I attended a meditation and reflexology event at The Space this weekend. It was incredible. Courtney and Matthew have great energy and the space is clean and comfortable. I left feeling lighter, calm and renewed. I will be back, it was fantastic!
