Great exercise studio with fun classes. I also did a one-on-one session with Danielle, which was a great way to check-in about the exercise I can be doing and the ways I can be eating to build strength and stay healthy. I recommend it to everyone I know. I’m also usually hesitant to post reviews, but I think it is worth it for this studio. From the sheer amount of classes Danielle teaches (not only at the studio multiple times a day but also special events at other locations, including on weekends) to the other programs she runs (one-on-one sessions, eight-week programs, OnDemand videos to do at home), I seriously respect her work ethic and am surprised she can do all that she does.

Love the Soulful Co! Danielle has been working with me during private 1:1 sessions and it has been an incredible experience. Danielle is dedicated to her clients and keeps you motivated throughout your workouts. She puts in a lot of of time to properly help her clients develop a strong connection to their mind, gut, and body. With Danielle’s help I have been able to manage my nutrition, build muscle, increase my energy, and improve my mental health. The Soulful Co. stands out from other studios because of her dedicated focus on overall wellness and ability to provide a judgement free zone. Would absolutely recommend the Soulful Co. to anyone looking to improve their health both mentally and physically.

I only have praise and love for Danielle and the company she has built. I admire her knowledge of fitness and the human body, her classes are always challenging but she also offers modifications so anyone of any ability can join. Danielle’s classes have increased my overall strength and endurance. I have joined multiple cycles and keep coming back because of the results I get from her workouts. She is also a genuine and real human being who cares about you and your journey. Her posts are all about self love and are very motivating. Most of all, Danielle is so talented and makes hard work so much fun!

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Danielle on a personal level through graduate school and have had the opportunity to further our friendship with her help in adjusting to a healthier and happier lifestyle. The way that Danielle incorporates her expertise from occupational therapy and her other certifications has made her, an impeccable instructor. When I did Danielle’s program, I have never felt more confident and comfortable in my clothes, never seem to be hungry or craving those foods that I used to crave and working out, became a new sort of addiction, but it was a good one! I looked forward to my workouts with the community and continue to use her platform outside of the program. There is no other instructor. I would recommend other than Danielle. She knows her stuff, hold you accountable and makes it enjoyable along with creating an amazing community.

Classes are great with each instructor that I’ve had! I have the monthly unlimited package, and it’s definitely been worth the price. Danielle has her prenatal/postnatal certifications for barre, so once I had my doctor’s approval, I’ve been doing my best to go to 3-5 Whole Body Barre classes each week. With this certification, she’s always able to provide necessary prenatal modifications to exercises that I otherwise would’ve continued doing if I were on my own at the gym. I started taking classes at about 18wks, and over the past 7 weeks of working my way up to 4-5 classes/wk as recommended by my doctor, I’ve definitely noticed a decrease in the lower back and round ligament pain that I’ve had. The majority of barre movements help strengthen your core/back while gradually increasing stability. Danielle is also sure to add in stretching, and the cool down at the end of class definitely helps with muscle fatigue. I’ve taken barre classes elsewhere that don’t include time for stretching, and there’s such a difference.

There are typically options for classes in the mornings and evenings, so I’ve been able to schedule classes before or after work. Cancellations can be done 12 or more hours prior to class start time, so if something comes up, I’m able to reschedule to a time that works better for me. Classes can fill up so if I need to switch from a morning to evening or vice versa, I’m occasionally out of luck on busy days, but Danielle is great at keeping the scheduler current so that reservations can be made well in advance if planning is allowable with your schedule.

I have been participating in Danielle's programs since April of 2023 and it's one of the best things I have done for myself! I began with Danielle's 8 week challenge where I learned A LOT about food. The Barre videos and working out part was easy for me in regards to the fact that I was consistent and liked doing her videos everyday.. but the tracking macros on the other hand was very foreign and scary to me. I never thought I would be able to track my food. It was difficult at first but Danielle works with a very user-friendly app and is a text away to help out. She made a step by step video on how to navigate the app, she gave us a list of suggested foods, she calculated our individual macros out for us and tweaked the numbers if needed, and she was prompt in responding to me when I had questions about tracking my foods. When my macros were WAY off at first she would help me and ask what I could have had more of, what I could have substituted for foods, what I could've added more of to my diet that day. I was shocked at how quickly I got the hang of tracking my macros. I began looking at food labels and knowing what I was reading, I began making better choices for myself. I am about 6 months since getting any help with tracking and can independently track my macros on a day to day basis. It wasn't until I came to Danielle that I realized food and working out go hand in hand, if you're not taking in what your body needs, you will not see results from just working out. Danielle is super helpful with the entire process and is so supportive especially when you have a "cheat" day or you didn't feel your best that day. She is gentle and reassuring when I am hard on myself, which is exactly what I need some days. I still use her methods of macro tracking and do her Barre videos on demand to this day!! Go see Danielle if you want real results!!

Danielle does a great job providing a fun, positive, and encouraging environment during workouts. She always shows modifications when they are needed so that all of her classes are accessible to everyone. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. Danielle's workouts are amazing! You will not meet a more dedicated and passionate person in the barre field. She makes you feel comfortable and she is very motivating. Her studio is pristine and her love of fitness shines through during each class.
