This place is one of the most important places to go in town concerning any interest in a diversity in the forms of art.

They let me use the facility for free to practice and study music. They request donations and won't charge you any thing if you aren't ready to donate.

I paid them when I was ready and they have compensated more than enough in those regards.

I was welcome to the shine house with open arms and a loving Embrace by each of their volunteers.

This is honestly my favorite place in Somerset, Kentucky.

To begin with I have no artistic ability whatsoever but at The Shine House that means little because what they provide is a couple hours of fun regardless of ability. I did leave feeling I accomplished much more than I thought I ever could in art. If you have a few hours to spare I fully recommend The Shine House. You’ll have fun, leave with a little bit of your own art and even learn something too. Oh, and the teachers are really great.

Tara, Iris and Dacey provide such an amazing experience for all ages. No matter if you are a novice or professional they have something for everyone of all ages. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff.
