Ive used this place several times before , very satisfied with the service. Today I went after speaking to them last week. They told me to come tomorrow. The gentleman ( I guess ) behind the desk was extremely nasty and rude to me. All but dismissing me from the shop. I get the message. I won't be back. I had a 12- 1500 dollar job. But.... I do not spend my money where I am mistreated.

First, I wanted to say that I’ve brought my car here for several years and have been satisfied with repairs done previously, but my last experience was anything but satisfactory.

My car was brought in due to stalling out while driving and repairs were done that did nothing to fix the problem not once but twice. After bringing the car in the first time, it was brought back to have repairs done a second time and the car still kept stalling out. After this I took the car to NTB where it was correctly diagnosed and fixed the first time.

I paid about $350.00 for repairs that failed to fix the underlying problem with the car and since I do rideshare, this situation caused me to lose 2 weeks of rideshare income for a total financial hit of over $1,000.00 and put me in considerable financial distress.

Well was quoted a price for a job and when it was done it was double the price. No one called me to tell me that things were added on that needed to be fixed. Than was told that the part was a certain price called napa and of course it was not that price it was 100 cheaper. I should of been called if there was more to the bill than what was quoted. Not a way to run a business

If you're like me, auto repairs are stressful. Not knowing who to trust and unsure if the work will be done right have caused me to let repairs linger. I'm so glad this shop was recommended to me. They do great work and have consistently been the least expensive option for some pretty big repairs on my 10 year old car.

The owner was professional and very kind. Went here after the place down the street gave us a bum job. The Radiator shop handled the job and priced the job before doing the work so there where no surprises of added cost at the end. They got the job done in a timely manner and were in touch with us through the process. I highly recommend this company.

The two men at the front were helpful, communicative, and professional--both on the phone and in person. That is why it made no sense to me that they would sit idlely by and allow their mechanic to continually interrupt and overspeak a would-be customer as he explained a situation about his car. Although they are not responsible for that young man's refusal to acknowledge that he was talking to a paying customer who was twice his age, they are certainly responsible for failing to intervene and address this.

Because they have decided to dismiss tenets of basic courtesy and respect in business, I have decided to take my money and trust elsewhere--both now, and in the future. I strongly advise ALL others away from this shop, as well!
