Needed an alignment after purchasing new tires (from Costco). Able to schedule me within a day of calling. Check-in was fast and friendly. Left the vehicle in the morning for the service and was called back around noon saying it was ready for pickup. Very thorough alignment and maintenance check. Quick check out and back on the road. Recommend for future service requirements.

Scott was fantastic to work with. He was patient in setting up a time to bring my car in, since I have a weird schedule, then he took a long time to explain what was going on with my car. There was a lot, so he gave me space to process the information and ask questions, as well as he understood that things would have to be done in stages. He helped me develop a plan and assign priority to projects.
When I picked my car up, they had all kinds of surprises waiting for me. Everyone was so friendly, the shop was well cared for, and the service is second to none. I’m glad I found such a great place to get my car serviced. Will definitely recommend.

My check engine light turned on (and as someone with very little car knowledge at all) I decided to send it to a mechanic as soon as possible. I was recommended The Noble Mechanic and I am so happy I was! The customer service is absolutely phenomal, and Ben is a superstar. They went out of their way to run to a host of diagnostics on my car (completely complimentary), and were able to help me fix my issue without me having to pay a dollar! They followed this up by sending me an entire report of issues my car has (which was quite a few, I only wish I was a car guy), and Ben explained all of them to me in great detail, while also making it very understandable. The service and help was so great I decided to get an oil change as well. If you are looking a trustworthy, helpful, and honest mechanic, I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you!!!

This place is, hands down, the best car repair shop I’ve ever dealt with! From initial phone call to getting our car back repaired, I was impressed every step of the way. Ben, our service advisor, was extremely professional, up front, thorough, and helpful! We went through an extended warranty for the majority of the repair and Ben handled every bit of it for us. To make it even better, they provide detailed breakdowns and photos/videos of every single aspect of the vehicle and prioritize repairs needed and safety concerns. AND they even let us use an extremely nice loaner vehicle while our car was in the shop. I will truly never go to another mechanic or shop again. Fantastic garage- I am a reformed mechanic and I normally despise taking vehicles to get worked on. We had some major engine trouble on a 2021 vehicle that is just out of factory warranty and was more than what I’d want to take on - Randy and crew were amazing, super responsive, and the communication was excellent as well. Randy also was able to save me some serious $ on parts. Hopefully I don’t need a mechanic again anytime soon, but if/when I do, these guys get my business.
