I love MAD! ? My daughter has attended the dance academy for 6 years and her confidence, technique, knowledge of dance and dance vocabulary has improved each year. It’s a family at MAD and Ms. Darby (director) is transparent and keeps the dance family informed with information regarding your child and the school. Ms. Darby is so loving and committed to her craft. It definitely shows through her work @ the dance academy. She talks to your child as if she’s her own! She makes professional recommendations based on your child’s needs. The school offers so much to challenge your child and to improve on any area that’s needed. I’m so glad I chose the Maryland academy of dance (MAD) as my daughters dance school!?

The Maryland Academy of Dance is a fantastic dance studio! The Director, Darby Pack, the teachers and staff are professional, kind, attentive and compassionate. They focus on dance technique and terminology, in a loving, caring way. You feel like you are part of the family when your dancer decides to take classes at the Maryland Academy of Dance. The MAD family cares for our children and community. I am so pleased that we made the decision to send our daughter there and I am sure you will have an excellent experience as well.

My daughter has ALWAYS loved to dance; and since joining MAD, I've seen that "spark" grow even more. The teachers are incredibly patient, and nurturing; and are always the consummate professionals. They've shown my daughter that little girls, with big, bold, personalities can still be graceful, beautiful ballerinas. Darby Pack and the MAD family are amazing! You will not be disappointed

I love everything about The Maryland Academy of Dance. The communication is superb and everyone is MORE than polite. This is my daughter’s first year at MAD and we love coming to dance every Wednesday evening. The staff been so accommodating during the pandemic in making us feel both safe and comfortable. My daughter has been with The Maryland Academy of Dance since last year and we absolutely love it. My daughter is still young and I do not know what her future holds as far as dancing professionally, BUT what I do know is this discipline has shown my daughter that it is important and necessary to follow rules and have structure. Choosing MAD has been the best decision my family has ever made ?.
